Just had my new kitchen counter-top installed by Sam @ Renowow and I couldn't be more pleased! They arrived on time and did an amazing job - surpassing my expectations. Sam walked me through the whole process, helped me pick my slab and it looks stunning in my new kitchen. I would recommend Sam and Renowow in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything! Sams company completed a full washroom renovation at our condo downtown Toronto and did an excellent job! We are extremely satisfied with the work Sam and his crew did, and they kept it to the schedule. The beauty of it was that the project was completed to our satisfaction and were great with communication throughout the renovation. It was a great experience and a pleasure working with Sam. Sam and his people Carl and Emerson were totally professional at all times doing our 2 bathroom Reno in our midtown condo. The work was excellent and we, the Concierge and other owners were impressed with the cleanliness and carefulness for the rest of the condo and the condo common elements. It was a great and almost painless experience compared to previous renovations.

We had a great experience with Sam and his group. There were major enhancements to the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were friendly, reliable and did top notch work. Now we are just enjoying the fruits of Sam’s labour. Sam is also one of the few who has the patience for condo work. Thanks Sam!

Sam and his team were great! They were always on time and provided very friendly service. Sam guided us through the entire process which made it very easy for us as a kitchen reno can be very daunting. We really appreciated that he respected our budget and provided us with options that worked within it. Any little glitches that came up, as they would in any reno, were quickly addressed. The work was done on time and we were super satisfied.

Sam came recommended by friends for whom he had done renovation work. The house is about 68 years old and the kitchen had been renovated once, probably in the 1960s, before we bought it. Sam renovated the kitchen for us and the job was on time (really a bit ahead of schedule) and on budget. Change orders and requests for additional work during the project were met with a smile. Sam had good ideas that fit our plan. He prepared drawings for our consideration and approval. Sam always kept appointments and, if he was delayed in traffic, he let us know. He was happy to provide some maintenance information about a year after the project was completed. All in all, a great experience.

Over the years Sam at renoWOW has done 2 renovations for me. The last one was in May-June 2013. He met the deadline and budget he set for the job. Even today he keeps in touch and immediately responds to any issues I may have . His work is excellent and he even spent extra time to create a tile mosaic on the wall behind the stove. In addition he went out and chose a light fixture that complemented the kitchen. I would certainly recommend his company to anyone looking into renovations.

I hired Sam from renoWOW last year ago to add a shower to a two piece bathroom. I had called other contractors prior to Sam who were not very keen on doing this job. Sam was very different. He immediately understood my needs and devised a great plan for the renovation. I was very happy with the final result. In addition, I truly appreciated the care that he took, including the way he was able to isolate the bathroom area to minimise any dust going to the rest of the house. I have just hired Sam to do further renovations in my home.

Complete bathroom reno, with walkin shower, new toilet, new vanity, sink, taps, and tiles in shower area. Kitchen refresh: new countertops, sink and taps. Service was efficient and sensitive to my needs. All issues were dealt with quickly and politely. I'm very happy with the outcome.
