Renu and team did a fantastic job. On short notice, I contacted Renu and she graciously to the project on knowing we had a very short window to stage prior to the photo-shoot. Renu staged a listing I had in the Santa Fe Hills area of San Marcos. The listing had been on the market previously and was having problems selling. She came in and gave great advice to spruce up the appeal of the place and a week or so later, we had an accepted contract. Fast forward 29 days from the opening of the escrow, the property fell out and had to have renovations and repairs completed due to a leak. After the work was completed it looked like a basic, cold and neutral 2019 flip home. She staged the listing for us and brought the place to life, all while being extremely flexible with us on a moving schedule. After her great work, we had the property back into escrow in just 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend staging your home or listing with Renu, your sale will be better for it.

I was a week away from listing my home and realized it needed an improved presentation. Renu came to my home, and in less than 2 hours designed a plan to be implemented 24 hours before our photo shoot. She brought in furniture and accessories to compliment what was already in place. The transformation was incredible! The house showed beautifully, received several offers, and sold in 10 days at our asking price. This is the 2nd time I have hired Renu to stage one of my houses for sale. I have worked with many staging companies; being in the new home construction industry for 30& years. Now retired and selling my houses. One at a time! Renu is truly a professional. Not only does she know what looks right in small odd shape spaces she makes it all work well with Color and placement of each and every accessory. I called her on Saturday and by Thursday (5 days later) the house looks fabulous. I asked her to change one item (picture) to a TV she had it done within an hour! Amazing Thank you Renu

Renu is fantastic! We needed a home stager to come out and help us stage our home but we were in a time crunch, and renu made it happen! She was fantastic and staged our home so beautifully that I could not believe this was the same home! I would recommend her to everyone selling or decorating a home!

I could not be more satisfied with RENU and Staged 4 Success. She and her associate staged my client's Cardiff home under not ideal circumstances. The owners were still living there. Some rooms needed full staging. Some needed partial staging. The entire house needed editing. The owner's were great but it's not easy to bring a cohesive look to a home when you're using the clients furniture plus the stagers furniture and accents. But she did the job with grace, style and patience. I really enjoyed working with her and would absolutely use her services again!

I cannot say enough about Renu and her team! We initially hired another staging company when selling our home, which ended up as a disaster. They did not contact us to go over staging as requested, and ignored multiple attempts to reach them beforehand. The day of staging, they showed up with a truck full of different furniture. The movers dropped off pieces which did not go together, and which were very dated. A professional from the actual company was not even present. They completed the job in less than 2 hours. We were so disappointed when we saw the final look. Our hearts sank, because we knew we could not let any potential buyers see our home this way. Instead of making our home more attractive, the furniture would have pushed buyers away. Our home looked much better when it was empty without their staging. It was very difficult to get a hold of them to amend the situation, or even to get their furniture out of our home, as we did not want anyone seeing the house that way, or photos to be taken. We wasted hours attempting to get everything removed asap. We then read the reviews on Renu. As soon as I called her, I knew she was a professional who took a lot of pride in her work. She met us at the home, took measurements, and educated herself on the type of buyers we wanted to attract, etc. The day of staging, her team was there the entire day. The look came together flawlessly! They did a big reveal for us at the end of the day, and we were so pleasantly surprised. It was clear each and every piece, from the bigger furniture items, to the smallest book, vase, painting, clock, or flower, was hand picked by Renu. She paid attention to the smallest details. Each and every one of her pieces is gorgeous! The house looked brighter and more welcoming than ever. She even decorated a corner in our kitchen, in a way we never thought to, which created a beautiful space for entertaining or having a glass of wine or coffee. The furniture was the perfect size to make the most out of each room, without being overwhelming. It was easy to walk through, and feel that this was a place you would want to come home to. Even my husband, our agent, and the photographer had huge smiles on their faces. My husband and I actually second guessed selling our home when we saw it this way. It was clear Renu spent a large amount of time, coming up with the whole design plan before staging. I enjoy touring open homes, and know the difference between staging which takes away from the home, and staging which makes buyers immediately drawn to the space. Renu's staging was more impressive than any staging I had seen before, including very high end homes. (And I consider myself picky when it comes to home decor) We listed our home on the market in the past, without a strong offer. Within 1 week of Renu staging the home, we got 2 great offers. I truly believe Renu's staging is what made the difference. We learned that great staging is worth every penny, as our house did not have to sit on the market for long, saving us thousands. Without hesitation, we will use Renu when selling any properties in the future. Our agent also said she is the only stager he will use from now on, as it made his job that much easier. Buyers consistently commented on how gorgeous the furniture was. Placing your home on the market can be very stressful, however with Renu's staging, we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders, because we knew potential buyers would find the home beautiful, warm, and inviting :) She made us feel very proud of our home, and what we were showing others. After meeting Renu, I expected her to be good, but her work went way, way, beyond our expectations!

I have never had a home staged before. Renu was very professional and educational throughout this process. We used a combination of both my items and hers to create a beautiful setting for prospective buyers. She came in for the consultation and dug right in.
