Updating a bathroom in a 150-year old house. I needed design help and expertise to come up with solutions for problems inherent in working in an old home. Brenda and Rob were so easy to work with. They had great ideas and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They started work just before the Covid 19 situation, which presented them with some unique issues, but they always had a solution. Everyone on their team was professional and courteous.

Highly impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Rob and Brenda took the extra time to sit with us and help plan out each detail of our new kitchen. When it was time to pick out countertops, backsplash, and fixtures, Brenda joined us on visits to local businesses they have relationships with to help make choices that worked well together. Once it was time for construction to start, Rob and Dave performed their work with great care and precision. They went the extra mile to make sure our home was sealed off from the construction area, kept the area clean, and respected our living area. We enjoyed having them in our home. Hager Kitchen and Bath communicated with us daily, so we were always up to date on the progress. With projects of any size, there is always something that comes up. They ran into an issue with the cabinet maker. Rob jumped right on it and gave us the comfort that they would handle everything. We were very impressed at the length Hager Kitchen and Bath went to make sure we were taken care of throughout the project. I can’t say enough about the quality of workmanship. What a difference! We love our new kitchen!

Hager Kitchens and Baths did an excellent job helping us recover from a water leak in the kitchen and the family room below. Cabinets, hardwood floors, ceiling, windows, and woodwork were ruined. Rob and Brenda and their team did an amazing job replacing and/or repairing all the damage as they worked directly and effectively with our insurance company. Rob is a true craftsman and Brenda has creative and innovative ideas. The result is a beautiful space that reflected our style and blended perfectly with existing architecture. They worked professionally, often with no supervision as we were out of town, and they communicated continually and effectively with us. We are excited to work with them on our next project-remodeling our master bathroom. We give Rob and Brenda and their team our highest recommendation.

Hager Kitchen and Bath were FANTASTIC.I am so happy with my bathrooms they did.Brenda was such a help in helping me to design the bathrooms.They were very professional and clean .Ron never left my house a mess.He cleaned up every day he came no matter what.They also were great about keeping me posted on the stuff as it was being made.I highly recommend them.When it’s time for my kitchen they will be called .

Complete bathroom renovation: remove old bathtub; rework old plumbing; replace drywall; install new flooring, toilet, bathtub, custom made sink cabinet and wall cabinet. Excellent work, very professional and friendly, cleaned up at end of every day, even fixed up a few other things in the house! Highly recommend Rob and his company if you want a beautiful and professional job. Well worth every penny!!

Brenda and Rob Hagar did a spectacular job with the design and construction of our new tile shower. We love the end product and they were extremely neat during construction. We will definitely use them again!

We had a complete renovation of our master bathroom, was a small bathroom and gave up up a hall closet to make it bigger. The design that Hagar came up with was just what were looking for. They have us options and suggestions as to how to make it work to our advantage. We are loving our expanded shower and the whole bathroom. In addition to having the bathroom remodel we were looking to bring our washer & dryer upstairs to make it easier on us, with limited space in our house they made it possible to locate them in the garage which is right off our kitchen. This was something that I had been told numerous times "could not be done" so it was terrific to be told it was possible! It turned out great and I'm loving having easy access to doing wash. We have been totally pleased with all that was done and would recommend Hagar construction to anybody we knew was looking for someone to do a renovation.

I provided photography services for this company. I've met with their clients while providing these services and they've always had the nicest things to say. Their attention to detail shows in their work. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients.

The Hager's did a great job on my bathroom remodel. They were easy to communicate with and available to answer my questions. I had very specific ideas and knew exactly what I wanted to do in this small room. They worked with me and the end result is perfect....exactly what I had envisioned! There was a lot of back and forth on many issues, but the end result was worth all of it to me. I am very detail-oriented and they worked to satisfy all my questions and concerns. As Brenda said, "We are putting ten pounds of stuff in and five pound sack". That is pretty much what we did! We have a wonderful glass walled shower, a gorgeous cast iron claw-footed tub, a custom quarter-sawn 'vintage' cabinet topped with beautiful marble, and a comfort height toilet, all in an 8' square room! But it all fits well and there's plenty of room to walk in and use all the facilities! I have a 1930's home and I felt confident in Rob's experience with older homes, since they present a different set of challenges than newer homes do. Everyone who came into my home was courteous and friendly and worked neatly to keep the mess at a minimum. I enjoyed working with them very much!

I would like to say what an overwhelmingly positive experience my wife and I have with Rob and Brenda Hager. They redid our kitchen and have done other small projects in our home and regardless of size they know that because it’s your home it’s important to you. When we did our kitchen Rob and Brenda were very excited and had great ideas for improvements and updates beyond what we could think of. They really put themselves into the job and invested in returning a product my wife and I would be happy with. For me, what I have learned about working with them is that they don’t just believe in customer service they really practice it. Rob, left another job the same day my wife called him to fix a window he put in a few years ago. No one does that but he did, I was honestly shocked. Hager has a lot of loyal customers because that is the kind of service you get. You get quality workmanship from them and that is so important. They are not they kind of company that just wants to do a kitchen or bath and then never hear from you again. Rob and Brenda believe in doing the job right and having a finished product that everyone is proud of. They are great to deal with and I really do highly recommend you give them a shot. Our projects with them have ranged from $5000 to $35000.
