Nathan Roberts and his crew have been an incredible resource for our family. Often contractors are associated with headaches, but Nathan is exactly the opposite: once he is on the project, you can relax and be assured that you will be getting the absolute highest quality experience. His and the office staff communication is superb; you are never left frustrated wondering when you will get a response or update. His estimates are not only fair but accurate as can be- anyone who has done renovations knows that something is bound to change- but having worked with Nathan now on two fairly involved renovations, his estimate and the final bill has never been far off. He also demonstrates integrity in not pushing for unnecessary work, and helps to find the most economical approach to a project while achieving the desired outcome. Quality of work is primary and their work is exacting, but Nathan's integrity and honesty is the reason to use this company. His approach informs the approach of everyone on his team, and subcontractors too. We are out of state owners, and Nathan is amazing in his communication and sharing of pictures throughout the project, so we can see what issues are, and watch the progress. Having Nathan on the job has absolutely saved us thousands of dollars, and time we would have spent to travel to assess and oversee work on the house. The occupant of the house is a family member with some physical and mental challenges. I cannot overemphasize the level of accommodation and respect that has been extended to him throughout 2 separate projects. Nathan and his team have gone out of their way to give us extra updates on expected times that people will be in the house, for example, as well as communicating what to expect on given days that might be more disruptive. Nathan and his team have been incredibly patient and nonjudgemental even when I know that they are not able to work as efficiently as possible- and have never once alluded to the added challenge. That level of trust is so vital, especially being out of state. If Nathan says something, or offers his opinion, you can trust it absolutely, whether is is expanding or reducing the scope of a project. Nathan has made design and material choices for us, and we have been completely happy with those choices- another way in which having him as our contractor lightens our load. Our first project with Nathan was a couple years ago, and was quite extensive; bringing the home out of neglect and disrepair, including a new roof. This was not a glamourous job, but we received the level of care and attention to detail I would expect on a high end renovation. Our most recent project began as a pipe failure, that necessitated quick response from the plumber, who told us they would be unable to come out for a few days (after the city had turned the water off). When I mentioned Nathan was our contractor, they were out the next day. In every way, Robert Construction improves every facet of a project.

Nathan and his team just completed MAJOR work on the exterior of my house. They built a fantastic screened in living room, replaced the roof and did painting and other upgrades. We really could not be happier. It turned out way better than we expected, and every time we ran into a problem in the construction process Nathan figured out a way to resolve it so everything ended up looking (and working) great. This is our second major job with Roberts Construction and we look forward to using again.

Very professional. Great communication. We went through two contractors before we found Roberts and would take the others 2 weeks to text or call back. Nathan almost always responded same day and kept us appraised of what was going on. Extremely happy with how our project turned out, and would 100% recommend Roberts Construction. We have some more little projects we want to do down the line and Nathan will be our first call!

I hired this company to replace T111 siding with a Hardeeboard type siding, paint it, and replace a kitchen window. I have a small townhome on a significant slope and they were happy to work with me on it. They did a thorough job on all this and were courteous and professional, and I am grateful for taking on this job. I would definately hire them again.

I own a condo in Tallahassee that I rent out. I wanted to have some remodeling done to make it more functional and open for tenants and improve the likelihood that it would sell quickly when we list it. I knew exactly what I wanted, I just couldn’t do the worse myself. Roberts construction came out and gave me a detailed estimate. They were aware I had very specific dates that the condo would be available (in between tenants). Their crew was nothing short of amazing. They put a protective covering on the floors and wrapped the rest of the items in the vicinity with plastic wrap. The work was completed in stages with only the smallest overlap in my timeframe (minimal interruption to the new tenants). The owner and crew were very responsive to all of my texts and quickly rectified any concerns I had. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!

We had a kitchen and living room remodel done with Roberts. This involved demo and replacement of all kitchen counters and cabinets, installation of new appliances, removal of columns and a beam in living area, redesign of kitchen entry, LVP flooring, wallpaper removal, painting. All of his subs were highly competent and did quality work. The cabinet maker was particularly excellent. We provided details of the appliances we purchased, and he designed all measurements to fit them neatly. The painters were also very efficient carrying out a big project that included removing a large amount of wallpaper in dining area that was tightly stuck. Some things that set Nathan apart is his communication skills and clarity with the contract and payment information. He was always very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. His contract laid out all the details of the work to be performed, what customer buys separately, what things are covered by builder up to certain allowance, etc. We added a couple small things not in original contract such as changing a high porch light fixture and he was very accommodating. We had communication difficulties with a prior contractor; it was a refreshing change to work with someone of Nathan's professional caliber. We were able to live in our house throughout the project. This presented some challenges at times, but we at least were able to avoid paying rent somewhere else. They did what they could to make it livable. There were some delays due to labor and supply shortages related to the pandemic, but I don't think this would have been much different with other contractors.

To all looking for remodeling or repairs, you will be very pleased with Roberts Construction. I had multiple estimates as this was an insurance repair. I met with Nathan Roberts. He has good insight and knowledge. I always had a good confidence in their work as they progressed through the job. They dealt with surprises quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone needing a shower pan repair or any larger scale projects.

Roberts Construction Services is first rate, home town service! From Mr. Roberts, to Kira, to our tradesmen, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and had great people skills. We will definitely call them for our next project.

We use Roberts Construction a few years ago to remodel our master bathroom and were so impressed that when we wanted to build a screened-in porch we didn't even think of calling anyone else. Nathan was able to see what we wanted and make it a reality, it's actually better than we imagined. We were very happy with everyone that worked on this project, Roberts Construction only uses the best people. Whatever our next project might be, we know who we will call.

I was very pleased with Roberts Construction Services for my small jobs. I needed to replace a non-standard sized exterior door in a 1930's house. This sort of job sounds simple but with an older home and a door that was built to fit the space, it is a lot of work to replace it with a modern door jam assembly. They also replaced some rotten wood on my home in advance of the house being painted. They did a great job and left the job site perfectly clean and tidy. I couldn't be more pleased. I will be hiring them again to rebuild a deck and pergola in the near future.

Roberts Construction just completed a load-bearing wall removal for us. Nathan (the owner) is SO responsive and accommodating. He did everything in his power to make sure that the job was completed in a timely manner and that the work was done professionally and to the highest standards. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Roberts Construction.

I needed a some repairs done on the hardy board siding of my home. Robert Construction was the only company that returned my call. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company.
