Here at Rocky Mountain Homes, we celebrate the one material that has passed the test of time. Still, nothing matches wood in versatility or beauty. The color tones, textures, flexibility and even sound integrity has inspired artisans for thousands of years. We carry on a time honored tradition, simply put- We Love Wood! We offer a wide range of products, such as milled logs, lumber, timbers, flooring, and natural accents/components. Rocky Mountain Homes is the next evolution of Rocky Mountain Log Homes and carries on its 40 year legacy of providing the finest log and timber frame homes in the industry. We provide the best design-build service of mountain style homes because of a strong, experienced and dedicated staff. This is our life, it is where we excel. The company owners, Craig Rostad, Jeremy Oury, Mike Turley and Terry Cleveland have been with the company over 20 years. Experience makes all the difference. Knowledge of the art of log, timber frame and natural wood accent design is essential.

We had every intention to hire this company to build pur log cabin. Their contract placed all liability on us which is why we backed out and their ‘no refunds’ for deposit does not coincide with industry standards in Montana, which we were told otherwise. We lost $8000.00 with very little $$$ out of their pocket for the mock-up CAD drawings which were fine and professional but probably cost $1,000 total with labor and materials. So $7000 is just lining the owner’s pockets.

It is regrettable, and very rare, that clients feel this way about their experience with Rocky. Literally hundreds of clients have gone through the same process with our company to develop their plans and contract for our build services. The steps were explained during Mr. & Mrs M's visit to our manufacturing facility and again in the simple one page agreement that was signed. We accommodated them with numerous plan changes and requested discounting of material and labor. We also realize that increases to cost related to the building industry like the cost of materials, subs and skilled labor have been on the rise and some clients don't anticipate this. We were excited about the project and have offered to honor their agreement with us, and to continue to refine the estimate while making suggestions on design changes that can get the project closer to the budget.

Quality of materials and workmanship were superb. They also interfaced extremely well with our architect and subcontractors. Project came in on Budget. We experienced delays in timing due to onsite management and resources in home office. However, they were very responsive when we alerted them to the problems. I would hire them again.

Rocky Mountain Log Homes offer an excellent product , from the house plans to the actual log home kit as well as the expertise of the contractors they recommend. We have a beautiful log home that is truly a work of art. Cars driving by will stop to look, and sometimes take pictures. We couldn't be happier with our home.

Rocky Mountain Log Homes provided the total log, deck and windows package for our log home. Their process was seamless, and we had absolutely no issues with the product(s), nor their on-time delivery. I was a neophyte in building a home, and the people were understanding and easy to work with from start to finish. Our Rocky Mountain Log Home is not just a house, it is a "home."

Kommentiert: Do you sell the bathroom mirrors?Thanks for your question, I'm sorry but we do not sell these bathroom mirrors. I believe these were purchased several years ago at Piney Creek Interiors in Whitefish, MT.

Kommentiert: I'm drooling over these cabinets! They are gorgeous!!These were all custom made, however if you search "barnwood kitchen cabinets" you should be able to find a few companies that do a similar cabinet.
