We couldn't be happier with Roell Painting Company. Everyone that we worked with was professional, helpful, and prompt. Danielle was our first contact, and she helped me design and select colors. Danielle was 5 star for everything! Manuel and Betzabeth did an amazing job painting, and we felt very comfortable inviting them into our home; they are delightful people. The lengths they went to protect the our home from overspray was exceptional. We plan to have them back next year to do another painting project.

I used Roell Painting for a job on 2 outside chimneys last year and was very pleased with the result. I asked them to do a complete house and garage outside repainting this year (2 colors). I like the process of having the sales rep. coming for the quote, very knowledgeable and (I think) trustworthy, with good explanations on the product they recommend using, why and how they will be using it. The job itself is then monitored during the entire process by one of their production managers (in my case “Jesse”) who is also doing the last check and ask the crew to do eventual touch-ups. I believe they were very thorough on the prep side, fast and clean on the pain job and I was very happy on the cleaning part afterward. Now, time will tell about the “spot priming” and “one coat” of paint but I will surely use their services again.

I originally contacted Roell in August 2019 about a full exterior paint job. David Lee responded immediately and provided a comprehensive and detailed proposal. We ended up having to defer the job to 2020. When I contacted David again at the end of July 2020 - once again he responded immediately and enthusiastically about the opportunity to rebid our project and we signed the proposal in mid August. The price was very competitive and the customer service was above and beyond from start to finish. During the rather arduous process of selecting new paint colors (primary and trim) - David provided us with a full Sherwin-Williams paint deck and his colleague Dana Clark provided us several renderings of our house with our initial choices to aid in our selection. Once we narrowed down the colors, David came and painted swatches on the side of our house. David also visited our house with a siding expert to evaluate some areas of concern. During the paint project David worked closely to coordinate his crew's work with a roofing/gutter and brickwork projects that we had going on at the same time. He and his paint crew were extremely cooperative and flexible. At the completion of the project, both David and the crew supervisor did thorough walk-through inspections with and without us and quickly cleared all punchlist items. In addition to the exceptional customer service, the actual paint job was hands down the best of any jobs we have done over our 31 years of ownership. The paint crew spent significant time thoroughly prepping the surfaces (power washing, scraping, filling) which we have found is critical to the quality and longevity of a paint job. The crew as always on-time and extremely courteous, respectful and friendly. They picked up every evening before they left, never leaving a mess. If you haven't figured it out yet - we were thrilled with our exterior painting job from start to finish and I would highly recommend Roell Painting to friends and family.

We had ceiling repair from a roof leak, our dark brown living room, and maroon kitchen painted after many, many years. Angel and his team did AMAZING work! Professional, kind, hardworking crew! (They practiced social distancing and wore masks at all times) The prep, the imperfections were ALL fixed, the ceiling repair looks beautiful! Roell recently completed a painting project of our homes interior it turned out amazing complete perfection by the painting crew but unfortunately there was damage to our wood floors due to an unfortunate mishap by one of the crew members. Once noticed during the final walkthrough Jesse the project manager without hesitation confidently assured us that this would be taken care of and brought back to its original condition. He quickly had two companies out to our home the next morning to assess the damage. Unfortunately the damage to the floor could not be spot repaired and it would take a full tear out and replacement of our wood floors because our current floor was no longer being produced and there was no warehouse supply left anywhere. Once I heard the estimates of the job needed my stomach sank and began to wonder if Roell really would fix this damage now that it meant replacing our entire floor. I called Jesse and still without hesitation assured me that the floor would be restored to a new state whatever it took. Even the two owners of Roell called me to insure that this would be handled and kept an open line of communication with us. Roell’s team kept full transparency throughout to relieve any doubts since because of insurance technicalities Roell was burdened with most of the cost of the replacement. We truly couldn’t be more grateful to Roell for the professionalism they showed us letting nothing deter them from replacing our floors with top of the line products completely blowing away our expectations. The paint crew did a Fantastic job they were accommodating in every way and their attention to detail was impeccable. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer crew to have in our home. I have rental properties on the southeast side of the cities. Trent helps me with key home improvement needs. He is reliable, on-time, flexible, and does great work. He also has several handyman skills which is nice for a rental owner that doesn't have time to manage and relies heavily on go-to individuals like Trent to get the jobs done at a quality level and reasonable price.
