Dear Ludmila
I do sincerely apologise for the lengthy delay of your order though all the correspondence between us were facts not excuses.
Our system did have a virus which took some time to remove by our I.T personnel, on that matter we had no control.
Yes, your order was accidently loaded onto the incorrect truck though this was not Bathroom Techs fault and logistic companies do sometimes make mistakes, we are human after all.
Regarding the communication between us through out the whole process was that I communicated with you at all times.
The text messages I received through out the process I responded to as quickly as possible. Not all calls can be answered emmidietly as I am either serving another customer or I am in a meeting.
Due to the missing waste pipe most acrylic free standing baths do include this part though I was misinformed so I do apologise for this error.
