After looking through a few builders at the start of our project most of the companies we contacted said the job was either too hard (due to the inhabitable state of our house and land difficulties) or they just were not accommodating enough to our requests. Sassall Group right from the start were exceptional in the way they instilled trust in us in ensuring we would achieve our dream home. It didn’t take long to know we had chosen an excellent team to create our dream. Mick, Nadine & Rob went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. From constant day to day communication between Mick and Nadine, to the amazing workmanship from the boys and other trades on site. It was a pleasure knowing that Sassall Group was willing to leave no stone unturned to complete the job to the highest of standards (even beating our own expectations!) We started our building project in 2016 - a granny flat for my mother. During the whole process, Mick and his team have been outstanding. Any time we had challenges or delays, Mick went “over and above” to move things around and get it done. Whenever there was a problem, he found a solution. We were always kept informed of progress and what we could expect to happen next. Mick's carpenters, Karl and Robert are highly skilled, polite and punctual. Always hardworking (and very tidy!), they are a cohesive team and a credit to Mick and Nadine. The building work by Sassall Group is exceptional. The attention to detail is most certainly there and the granny flat looks and feels high quality. As first-timers in the building game, we often relied on the opinion of Mick & Karl when it came to finishes and materials. The end product has been nothing short of amazing and we are thrilled with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend Sassall Group. Mick and his great team from the Sassall Group produced everything and more that we required in our granny flat. The professionalism and friendliness of all of the tradies was second to none. Mick helped us through every aspect of the build, we sought his expert opinion many times and he was always there to help us through the decisions and building process. Our granny flat was finished to perfection, every little thing was thought of and completed beyond our expectations.
