Sherri delivered our home plans in an efficient and timely manner. She offered solutions to problems we hadn’t thought of and made adjustments to our ideas that make our design so much better than anything we had dreamed of! But where she really shined is how she handled our nervousness regarding the Covid-19 outbreak. We asked her if we could pause the process as we processed just how much of a personal and financial toll we might be dealing with. She graciously told us that she would put the project on hold until we were comfortable to move forward. I happy to say we found our footing and Sherri delivered our plans quickly and with multiple printouts and a PDF file. Sherri designed a 2-car addition to our existing home. She did a nice job working with us to come up with the plan. Our plans called for a suspended concrete slab. This is something more complex than the typical concrete slab on grade. Sherri works with a structural professional engineer to ensure that her design plans meet the latest structural standards. Sherri is knowledgeable about the design and build process and helped us navigate which rendition of accepted building codes our city required. Sherri is friendly and easy to work with. Sherri’s price for her design service is very reasonable. We are impressed with our garage plans and hope to build later this fall or next spring.

We used Sherri to design our new home that we will be building in a nearby rural area. We were able to find an existing plan that she had on file, and customize it to fit our needs and wants. She was very easy to work with and accommodating of our requests. She was also quick to return phone calls and email correspondence. We were able to create a semi-custom house plan within our reasonable budget. We would definitely recommend her to others!

Our new custom home construction in Lee's Summit started with a few sketches we made prior to our visit with Sherri. On our first visit, Sherri listened carefully and asked questions that demonstrated a real interest in developing plans that fit our needs and desires. As she worked through the planning stage, she was very helpful with ideas and suggestions from her experience. Those ideas assisted us in making decisions that saved us money on the project, and enhanced the home tremendously. An architect who was just to busy to take our project, referred us to Sherri. It turns out, we are so pleased with his referral. We have enjoyed the process greatly and highly recommend Sherri for the skills she demonstrated in her drawings, the interest she exhibited in our ideas and her professional manner in every regard.

Sherri provided the design services for our home. I took a floor plan of my own design to her and she put the plan into a working set of drawings. She offered many ideas to improve my plans. She guided and directed us on many selections that were probably not in her scope of work. She provided ideas and contacts to help me build this house. There were a few items the County required clarification on before they would issue my building permit. She contacted the County and made the clarifications as the County wanted. We were in contact throughout this process. She made every effort to ensure things were correct.

We contacted Sherri to develop a plan to re-design the master bathroom in our home. She developed and presented several options for us to consider. Those options included elements for new design that we had not even considered. We chose to incorporate parts of two options for our final layout. She was very prompt, accommodating, and kept us informed. The final drawings were outstanding and very professional. She is a delight to work with and would not hesitate to recommend her services to others.

We used Sherri to design our custom home in Pleasant Hill, MO. She allowed us to create at our own pace and listened to our needs. She was easy to work with and continues to work with our builder and subs, at their request for assistants, during the building phase. Sherri took action to do her research when we had questions that fell outside her expertise. Our builder praised her work and commented that he would recommend her to other homeowners. She provided us with a 3D view of the interior of the home, which really helped us to visually see her custom design. She met our deadline and budget agreements.
