Royal Flooring

We purchased and had tile floors and a marble tile fire place surround installed by Royal Flooring 2 years ago and are still very unsatisfied with the installation job. They messed so many things up from installing the fire place tile incorrectly the first time, to messing up the grout and having to come back and redo that (and they still did a horrible job) to saying the project would take 3 days and it took 3 weeks with the mess ups and delayed delivery times. They outsource the installation work, and the the two install team we had through the whole process were terrible. Today, 2 years later, we cannot deep clean our grout because it was mixed and installed so poorly that it moves around, dents and crumbles when you try to gently clean it with grout cleaner. It also has small holes everywhere and isn’t nice, smooth and uniform like grout is supposed to be. Their install teams clearly have no idea or are too lazy to mix and install grout correctly, which is not a hard thing to do. We paid $8000 for this project and now are stuck with grout on our floor that’s very patchy and weak and a marble fire place surround that isn’t uniform and even. Avoid Royal Flooring at all costs, or you will be very disappointed and out a lot of money.
