Southern Charm Stagings were a pleasure to work with. They were very timely and professional. Their furnitue was high quality and very stylish. We have multiple people ask to try and buy certain pieces of furniture. I would highly recommend. We had multiple offers on the home within hours of the listing hitting the market. I would definitely say the staging made huge impact.

Super fantastic interior designer. My house looks like a new home. Melanie was always on time she did everything she said she would do. She went above and beyond the call of duty stopping at the lumber store and picking me up a piece of plywood. Melanie will not disappoint you.

If you are looking for a staging company - look no further! First, I want to write a review about their service. Melanie was exceptional in her service. We were in the midst of a snow storm (something Southerners have NO idea how to function within!) and Melanie continued to prepare my listing to make it show perfectly. She would qualify to toot the old Postman motto - "be rain, or sleet..."! This is the type of service in this industry I appreciate and, in my experience, have not seen before. The furniture was top notch and she nailed the design. The floorplan was not an easy one to design around but she placed her quality pieces in a way than opened up and brightened up the space above my expectations. Speaking of going above my expectations - to help with the staging, she even changed the lightbulbs in the cathedral ceilings which is NOT an easy task. Most stagers would have suggested the bulbs be replaced with brighter bulbs but not make the change themselves. I think that small act expresses Southern Charm Staging, LLC not only takes on the job of staging, but teams up with me to make the home show it's very best. And by the way - we went under contract in 4 days!
