Steve Mercer, Steve McCue & the Fortress Team did an excellent job on this 100% TURN KEY Project, in difficult winter work conditions; meeting our exacting spec - Product (Best in North America), Price (Very Competitive), Performance (Outstanding), and Principals (Kept their Word, Put out Tremendous Effort). Fortress delivers VALUE for MONEY --- Guaranteed. We are a firm of professional engineers owning & operating rental properties in Hamilton; and we are well experienced in preparing project specs, selecting suppliers, and ensuring project completion standards are met. Fortress Inc. met our requirements with NO failures. Steve Mercer is a truly reliable, trustworthy, straight talking, and exacting professional. He is as picky as we are about --- delivering the Project cleanly & compliantly. The houses where the work was done --- were left inside finished bedrooms & outside the house IN A CLEANED & FINISHED State. Looked like no one had been there. No Mess - No Unfinished State. We were very insistent on the latter, and Fortress Inc was as insistent on the same point: we were preaching to the choir. The Project was accomplished just prior to the X Mas season 2012 with very very short lead times both to sign the contract & do the job --- Steve Mercer managed to get all the materials manufactured & acquired in time within a week. This was amazing performance. Steve McCue & the installation team did a great job on the work site in abysmal work conditions --- late december - heavy rain, snow, cold, ankle deep in mud - working 12 hour days to get the Project completed & all the debris & garbage removed OFF the Properties. Steve McCue is a highly experienced installation & renovations professional --- works very hard & long, and perfect for Turn Key Projects --- since he can handle a variety of work situations & uncertain conditions with confidence & ease.
