S & D is owned and operated by Steve and Dawn Scanlon, of the Boothwyn area. After marring in 1985, Steve decided to take his knowledge of the heating and air conditioning field and start his own company. In late 1985, S & D was started with the idea of giving the ordinary home owner good quality work at affordable prices. S&D Mechanical has been around for 29 years, proudly serving the Delaware County and surrounding area. We have grown and improved over the years.
