We had Stoneworks recently for our kitchen and laundry room renovation. Four slabs of Quartzite were required (gulp) but we now understand why as every seam was perfection. We also used Quartzite as our backsplash which can be tricky if not done correctly. Stoneworks knows what they are doing! Our center island was one piece of stone and ten feet long. It required seven men (including one of the owners who came by personally to assist) and a hydraulic lift. We were nervous, but it went without a hitch. From start to finish, complete professionals and we highly recommend. In fact, we will be using them again next summer for bathroom renovations! Rebekah & Michael Disser - Callawassie Island

We engaged Stoneworks to replace our laminate countertops in our master bath with stone countertops. The entire process was excellent. From the initial consultation, to measuring, templating, and installation, everyone we met was professional, helpful and friendly. The installers were great, quick and efficient. We are very pleased with how the work turned out and will not hesitate to use Stoneworks again when the need arises.

My husband and I just had quartz counter tops installed by StoneWorks and the whole process could not have been easier or with a more perfect outcome! The sales person was great and very accommodating, they had exactly what we wanted, the measuring for the counter tops was so precise when the counter tops were installed they fit like a glove. And all of this at an amazing price! We plan on using Stoneworks for all future projects!

We recently purchased a granite countertop for our bathroom with two sinks from Stoneworks. The delivery was right on time and the countertop looked great. There was a manufacturers issue with one of the sinks, and the folks at Stoneworks immediately replaced the sink. Everyone we worked with at this company were pleasant, helpful, and appreciative of our business. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for products they sell.

My husband began using Stoneworks services nine years ago. He had them design a fireplace out of reef coral and it is absolutely beautiful! They combine that with the tile work that reflects the ocean view outside our window. I then asked John Baltzegar IV to design a fireplace for my rental unit again it was magnificent! More recently John redid our countertops in the kitchen and recommended an Indonesian reclaimed wood teak for the backsplash and it really needs to be seen to be appreciated as it is out of this world! We will continue to use Stoneworks and John and recommend them to anybody we come in contact with.

During the remodel of my home the floor installers knocked off a corner of my granite kitchen island. I had Stoneworks give me an estimate to replace the island. The salesperson said they could repair the corner. The corner was epoxied, buffed and polished. The repair is almost invisible. The repair cost $200 vs thousands to replace. I thank them for their professionalism and honesty.

Work was done on time and professionally. The project was completed as promised, just the week before Christmas. Many many compliments from friends and neighbors. At the last minute it was thought we would have to buy an additional slab but other wider (and even more beautiful) slabs were found and we did not have to pay extra.

I would not recommend this company. They convinced us to do the work while we were not home. They said they do it all the time. Then we return to find damage to the brand new kitchen. We had agreement to have an extra seam in the granite so we would not have any cuts made to the drywall because we wanted the kitchen all sealed. What we found is 3 holes cut in the walls and we still have the extra seam in the granite. They also put a gouge in our new kitchen cabinet and scratched up our hardwood floor where the stove was moved. They are denying they did either of those. But we know they were not there before the work they performed. Response - You very much did more an appliance - the stove. The cabinet was brand new so we know the mark was not there prior to installation. Please remove the pictures of our home. Thank you.

We are sorry that you weren't satisfied with the completed project. Because we do business in a resort and retirement community, it is not uncommon for our clients to be part-time residents or frequent travelers.

To address your concerns ... The sheetrock had bumps and gaps, so our installers did have to remove small areas of the sheetrock behind the counters, to eliminate the bumps and prevent gaps. We respectfully disagree about the scratched floors. The scratches appeared prior to the installation and we didn't move any appliances that would cause any additional scratches. Lastly, the chip you mentioned is located in the upper wall cabinet (approx. six feet off of the floor). Our staff was working solely with countertops and would never lift the stone above their head to install on kitchen-base cabinets.

We are a family owned business that has been working in the Lowcountry for over 25 years. We take our craftsmanship and reputation very seriously and try to do everything we can to resolve any issues that may arise. Again, we apologize that you weren't satisfied with the installation.

The designer we worked with us quickly understood the look and feel of the home we were building and presented us with several combinations for each room that truly created an amazing look and feel that exceeded our expectations. StoneWorks did absolutely beautiful work in my kitchen! From the start of the project they were knowledgable, helpful, and very professional. Once I chose my stone the process moved forward quickly, and my kitchen was completed within a week of templating! I am very satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend StoneWorks!
