Our fees are based on a sliding scale from 7 to 12% of the construction value excl. vat and other consultants fees. Of which, this breaks down into 20% for the planning permission stage, 45% for up to the beginning of construction and includes the building control submissions and, 35% for duties during construction and for contract administration. We can also agree hourly rates for the initial stages of the work, which are in the region of £45/hr

‘Studio O+U's design and contract management of this house refurbishment project was excellent. He kept a close eye on the cost and detail which ensured we came in on budget with the desired result." The value of the property increased from £0.975 to £1.4 million, based on valuations from Savills achieved on a build cost for the entire house of £152K and a project cost of £170k.’ Following this project Studio O+U has also been involved in the partial refurbishment to one of our other properties in Fulham. That are conscientious and fair. Definitely a recommend.

Croft Structural Engineers worked with Studio O+U on Colehill Lane, a residential property which was completely transformed into a bright and modern open plan living space. Design ID

Design ID has worked with Studio O+U on several projects over the years, as the structural engineer. They have always been interesting and innovative proposals resulting in great structural solutions and well defined architectural spaces . To date, we have worked together on : 130 Harlington Road, Uxbridge 9 Trent Gardens - North London 204 St James Road - Southwark David is a very approachable and amenable person and always strives to deliver his clients the best quality and usually manages to exceed their expectations.
