Summit Cladding

If you have had cladding installed by this company it may look great but get an independent inspection by the supplier! Our builder highlighted many concerns which were confirmed by the supplier rep after an independent inspection. Lack of membrane no vents fitted, board joints sealed when they shouldn't be, ends of boards not painted. The attitude from Steve the owner is appalling. Sheer arrogance. He confirmed himself in writing after getting the supplier report they had installed incorrectly. He did not forward the report to his fitters who had to return, take it all off and start again. I had to talk them through the supplier report myself. Steve said he had arranged for the supplier to meet them on site. The supplier knew nothing about attending when they did the job again I had to arrange myself. No doubt every cladding job has been installed the same as ours which means warranties are not valid. Avoid this company. Fitters are great guys, friendly professional and hard working but had received very little training from the owner who saw our finished cladding and didn't pick up on any of the issues which our builder did instantly. Total nightmare from start to end.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We couldn't be happier. Work was completed within 6 weeks. Workers were clean and tidy. Work was to the highest quality. Thank you for a seamlessly professional service.

A great service from start to finish. Steve came along with excellent advice, as well as samples, and was able to give us a competative quote, which we were very pleased with. The workmanship produced is of a high quality and the team were always on time and very efficient and polite. I would definiteley recommend this company to family and friends as the results of all of the cladding, facias and soffits completely changed the look of our property,which we were hoping to achieve.
