We bought 100 Talavera Frost Proof Tiles from Terraartesana, and had the mason who built our new front steps put them on the risers. We were very pleased with these tiles. I am a designer in Las Vegas. I have a great assignment, creating a fiesta atmosphere in a classic Mexican dining room. I searched through suppliers in California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas, seeking the octagon shaped saltillo tile, each one staggered with a colorful center diamond of Talavera tile. The Talavera tile I was finding was crude, looked as though it had been painted in an assembly line. I wasn’t happy with what I was finding, so I took my search international: Morocco, Mexico, Portugal, Brazil… I stumbled upon Terra Artesana in Mexico. They presented Talavera Mexican "High Relief" Tile. The high relief tile are intricate, colorful, beautiful, artistic and the diversity of design is endless. These were perfect for my dining room design. I needed nearly 300 pieces and realized it was going to be a burden on my supplier, as these are individually created works of art. Hi - I just want to say that I ordered a small order of tile from this company and on the website it says free shipping all over the place. But after I ordered I noticed a charge for shipping - so I contacted them and was told that it was because they thought the amount of tile I ordered was only a sample and they dont ship free. This is not what they say on website and it is misleading and not good business. I will not do any business with them again as you can not trust them.

We ordered talavera tiles for stair risers and they are amazing. The price was also 20% lower than anywhere else we could find. Furthermore, Regino, the Seller, was very responsive to provide status updates. The tiles are custom made, so expect 4-5 weeks for delivery. The shipment arrived very well packed and the tiles look amazing. Pics don't show tiles installed yet, but it's gonna be AWESOME!

After an exhaustive search for 6" tiles I needed to tile my stair risers, I found Terraartesana.com. Chose my tile pattern and placed my order. My tiles arrived earlier than estimated, the packaging was exceptional as not a single tile was broken in the three boxes delivered and free delivery! The tiles are beautiful! Terra Artesana will definitely be my go to place for all my tile projects in the future.

We are so happy with our amazing Acupulco Oro sink! Throughout the process Regino and the team have communicated really well and been super helpful. Despite a few hiccups with postage (as we live in Scotland) these were solved quickly and easily by Regino and we received our sink much quicker than expected! I ordered a sink from Terra Artesana. When I placed the order, I received a confirmation that said I would receive my order in 10-15 days. Later that afternoon I received and email that said I would have my order in three weeks. I agreed to the longer timeline, but three weeks later my order still had not shipped. I finally received my order, over 4 weeks after I had placed it, only to find that my sink was not the one I ordered. It was vastly different from the one pictured, and the representative I was working with made it seem like I was incorrect to assume it would resemble the picture. I decided to return it only to be told I would have to pay for shipping. It is not inexpensive to ship a sink. They did waive the restocking fee though, so there’s that. I certainly would never from them again.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They sent me the wrong tile and refuse to replace it with the correct tile. I am stuck with boxes of ugly tile that I am unable to use and they won't give my money back. Horrible service, horrible experience! UPDATE: They have seen my negative review and have finally told me they are not able to send me the tile I ordered and they will refund my money. In the picture the sample tile I ordered a year ago is in the center. I liked the sample and ordered the same sku# for my project and they sent me the surrounding tiles pictured. Clearly not correct and not usable but they are unable to duplicate the sample now. I am waiting to hear if they are going to pay for the return shipment and I will update this review if they do. I also ordered and paid for decorative tiles with the same order in July that I have still not received. I still want the tiles but at this point I will take the refund and move on from this company a very unsatisfied customer.
