Karen and the team communicate and sweat the details from design, delivery, installation, and product registration/rebates so that you don't have to. We are incredibly pleased.

I can't say enough good things about Armand and The Kitchenworks. We were replacing a 29 year old Subzero refrigerator with a new Subzero in our condo. The previous owners had renovated the kitchen without replacing the refrigerator. We soon learned why. When our new refrigerator was delivered, neither the old one or the new one could easily be removed or installed due to the configuration of the kitchen. Armand was so professional, explaining that this was not a big problem, he would figure it out. And he did just that! He contacted a company that installed Subzeros in yachts and somehow after much work, we have our new refrigerator. Armand coordinated the whole operation seemlessly. Between dealing with the condo rules, the installers, and having new panels made and installed, I couldn't have asked for better service. I HIGHLY recommend Armand and The Kitchenworks!!

Armand helped me with purchasing my Dacor double oven. He found a July promo That was going on which helped make my decision, so he’s up to date with the appliance companies and their promotions! I had a particular space I needed to fill and he made sure this oven would fit in it. Ordered the oven during Covid - they shipped it from GA, set up the install appnt, the installers Ric and Joel came the next day. They knew what they were doing and installed the oven without any complications. And they cleaned up after themselves! Job well done! Thank you all! I will use Kitchenworks again ! Judy K. I will start with the pros because there are absolutely NO cons. I had the good fortune of meeting Susan and The Kitchenworks after my house was badly damaged in hurricane Andrew. Our contractor brought her in to completely redo our kitchen and bathrooms. We loved her job so much and I was lucky when I found her contact when we decided to put in a completely new kitchen 27 years later. We had so much confidence in the family owned and run company that we never tried to get any other estimates. It was a much more trying and difficult job this time due to the pandemic but the completion date given to us at the very beginning came to fruition almost to the day. We always knew where we stood with timing of delivery and installers, pricing, when payments were due, etc. We decided to have Kitchenworks do all of our appliances, including installation. This gave us confidence in proper damage-free installation and extended warranty. Also perfectly done! It was just a very comfortable job in every way, including any contact we had with Susan, Yanina, Maria in the office and the extremely competent and accommodating installers. It was a perfect blend of the finest professionalism and friendly people offering incredible input that in the end turned out a magnificent kitchen. Without their knowledge and kind way of making suggestions, our kitchen could never look the way it does. Every detail worked together. Our home is in the south part of Miami and the business is in Sunrise but Susan made sure to personally make several trips to our home to be sure every measurement and installation was done correctly to the fraction of an inch. The distance she had to travel and the pandemic did not stop her and sometimes Yanina or Maria joining her from ensuring a perfect end to our beautifully planned kitchen. You often here about how difficult and trying remodeling can be in South Florida. If you want to avoid the headaches and actually totally enjoy your next remodeling, like we did, use Susan and her fabulous people to do your job. You will love the process and more importantly end up with more than you ever expected.

Top-notch service and quality from choosing appliances through installation. Highly, highly recommend. This is the place to go to make an informed decision about your high-end appliance and is a must if you have any kind of cabinetry modification. Armand, Ric and Joel are all wonderful to work with!

My old KitchenAid refrigerator was showing signs of extreme distress in the middle of the coronavirus stay-at-home order. I needed to replace it as quickly as possible and phone shopping was the best I could do. I quickly learned that I could not count on delivery of another KitchenAid for at least another month, so Armand at Kitchenworks recommended a Subzero. I needed a built-in model with freezer on the bottom so my options were limited. It's a beautiful refrigerator and it was delivered within three days. It's much quieter than the KitchenAid and roomier inside even though it is the same size. Kitchenworks did a good job for me.

The Kitchenworks exceeded all my expectations in designing and installing my kitchen! From the design aspect, selection of materials and appliances, to the actual configuration of the cabinetry, The Kitchenworks did a flawless job. Most importantly, their response time to questions and concerns that I had were dealt with immediately and always with a smile. Even after the project was completed The Kitchenworks continue to help me with questions about my new appliances even to the extent of sending over a chef to help me prepare my first meal in the amazing Wolf steam oven. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about great design, seamless installation and wonderful customer service!

The team at Kitchenworks is outstanding. Great sales experience. Professional and timely installation. They even made sure I got all my rebates. When I encountered an issue with a product I didn’t buy from them, they helped with that as well. Very pleased.

We originally retained Anthony and the team at The Kitchenworks for just our kitchen cabinets when we commenced our remodel project. As we proceeded through the process with them, we quickly expanded their scope to various other areas of our home - adding all appliances (washers, dryers, bar appliances, kitchen and bbq appliances), as well as our bar millwork, living room built-in, master bedroom built-in, master bathroom vanities, and powder bath - due to their professionalism, the quality of their products, and their attention to detail. I found them to be very responsive - not only to me and my husband, but also to the various parties that are inevitably involved in our project. They are exceptionally easy to work with and interfaced smoothly with our GC, architect, designer and other trades. Equally important, their products look GREAT in our home and are of high quality. Their ability to customize finishes (paint, wood stain, etc.) and other details to suit the other selections in each room was also a deciding factor for us. We are pleased with them and will definitely come back for any other cabinet/millwork/appliance needs!

We found that our Subzero had major issues and we were in need of a new one asap. From start to finish the order and delivery was so quick we didn't even feel an inconvenience of missing a major appliance. We appreciated Anthony's expertise, response, and follow up.
