Tod Morreto did a great job as well as the installers. Was disappointed that threshold stripps were not used in between rooms. Installers stated they don’t do that?? We ended up installing them ourselvrs.

I cannot say enough about ACo and the job they did to our beautifully remodeled kitchen. Kayley,Virgle and company were there every step of the way to offer us guidance and transparency. Their attention to timelines and details was nothing short of impressive and reassuring. We were always in the know whether it was a quick text from Virgle or a detailed outline by Kayley. They made us feel a part of the project. They find great subcontractors who you can tell have a great relationship with ACo. All of them came ahead of their side of the project and introduced themselves and were true pros. I've never experienced a company that has the kind of employees that truly display a passion for their craft. Thank you.

We had Affordable do a complete renovation of our master bath and walk-in closet. To say we are thrilled with the outcome…which is truly “magazine” quality…is an understatement! Every aspect of the project, from design and budget to construction and project management not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Carlie and Haley, our design team, not only are extremely creative, but great listeners. They developed a design plan that achieved our goals for the experience we wanted to create and within the budget we set. Construction is a stressful experience under the best of circumstances. The key to minimizing it is communication. Roger, our Project Manager, did a masterful job with communication and in every aspect of his responsibilities! He was in constant communication with us and the subcontractors, taking great pains to insure the quality and timely completion of the work. He made regular on-site reviews as the work progressed, and was available whenever we, or the situation, needed him. I spent more than 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, overseeing multi-million dollar construction projects and numerous general contractors and their Project Managers. None were as competent or as capable as Roger! Nor have I, in my professional experience, or we, having done a number of major renovation projects, found general contractors that can rival the performance or professionalism of Affordable! Dave Decker has created a tremendous company and a great team! On a scale of 1 to 10, Affordable is a 10 +! They have our highest recommendation!

The Affordable Companies was great to work with. The staff is friendly, timely, and creative. I have other friends who have used them, also, and their basement and kitchen/bathrooms turned out great. I would definitely use them again. They have great ideas that are also affordable.

I have used The Affordable Companies, located in Carmel, IN, for two projects. They completely remodeled my master bath. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and finished product!. There were no surprises, the work and crew were exceptional. The designer was insightful and helpful beyond words. The project finished in less time than I had expected. I was so pleased with them, I used them for a smaller project in my kitchen. Again, 110% satisfied! I don't have another project at this time, but I would definitely use them again; and I highly recommend them. Big job or small job, they come through with great ideas, products, and personnel. The owner of the company, Dave, is also excellent; he is always available and ready to address any questions or concerns. Selected for carpet to be installed. I have ordered the carpet and it is to be installed on Monday. The staff has been extremely helpful, even with all my price quotes. Hopefully the install will go without a hitch. This company was a company I found through my local Costco.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the affordable companies. Everything was professionally done and just how I wanted it. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Always notifying me of every step of the project. Whenever I had a question they always took the time to answer and explain it in a way I could understand!

The Affordable Companies was "tasked" with updating two 1980s-style bathrooms and modifying a third in our home, as well as adding backsplash in the kitchen. The concepting, planning, collaboration, respect, execution, workmanship, cleanliness and schedule adherence were all 5-star caliber. This is by far the best experience we have had with a contractor. We won't hesitate to again use or recommend Affordable.
