I can't recommend Beard Group highly enough. From design to demo to the final day of finishing touches, Chris Beard and his team were transparent, on time, highly skilled, solution-oriented, and just so friendly to work with. My project had a really small footprint but some huge obstacles and challenges to deal with. Chris was super proactive about each decision and responsive to my questions. Claire and Joana were a design dream team, and Chris's guys were competent and professional. Even the way they cleaned up each day was impressive. They truly work as a team and put so much care into their craft. They're my go-to from now on.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! The Beard Group did an extensive renovation on our mudroom, kitchen and eat-in area and it turned out better than I could have imagined. They were professional and the quality of work was superb. I was pregnant during most of the renovations and the crew always went above and beyond to minimize dust and fumes. They always left the areas clean and decluttered. Chris and Claire have so much expertise and we highly recommend.

Love, love, love my beautiful new full bathroom!!! The team at Beard Group work with me on the most economical ways to accomplish by goals with very little cost overrun. They are a friendly, focused on quality details and always kept the work space clean and livable to the best of their ability. While the project (a full gut and rebuild did take approximately 12 weeks) it was well worth the wait! This is about the 3rd major project they have accomplished for me. Can't wait to tackle my kitchen next!!

I hired the Beard group to redo the master bath... and transform an unused three season room into a 4 season room with walls and heat. I could not be happier. The new family room turned out more beautifully than I could have imagined, with custom built shelves and a mounted TV. We had some issues with the heating, but the crew went out of their way to make sure that the correct heater was installed so thT the room stayed comfortable all winter. Although the master bathroom was a small space, they took down a wall, reconfigured the door to open up the space. Chris, Claire and the entire group made this experience great for me. We contracted with the Beard Group to perform an extensive renovation project on our 1922 shaker home for which we are only the third owners. After interviewing several design build firms we felt most comfortable with the Beard Group and felt that they would be the best suited for our project. We are ultimately extremely happy with our choice. We appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the Beard Group and its employees. Communication - in person, via text and via email - was easy and productive. Their recommendations for sub-contracting (floor installation, custom cabinet building) and material purchases (tile, stone, bathroom fixtures) directed us toward other knowledgable and helpful suppliers. Their designer Claire was easy to work with and extremely helpful with layouts and suggestions. They were upfront in regards to costs and potential unseen issues. Because of the extensive scope of our project (kitchen, basement and 5 baths) we had Beard employees working full-steam on our project for more than six months, and we have had employees revisiting the house intermittently for touch-ups and follow-ups in the months since. These employees have consistently performed excellent work, and their demeanor and courtesy have made them easy and enjoyable to work with. Our young children still ask when "the guys" are coming back. We would not hesitate to hire the Beard Group again (although hopefully we completed all our projects!) and would highly recommend them.

We found the Beard Group on Houzz and were amazed at the work they did. The minute The Beard Group entered our home we knew we would be working with them, the enthusiasm, energy and Ideas they brought in was amazing. Remodeling is never easy but the professionalism of the staff coupled with the daily cleaning to make sure our kitchen was usable was astounding! at one point the owner Chris Beard was on his hands and knees cleaning our floor so we could walk through it to get to the other room without tracking dirt around, It is not often you see such an involved owner. The very skilled craftsman that came everyday were always on time and respectful of our home and our family including my 7 yr old daughters and 2 German Shepherds, each and every day they cleaned up the mess. I would never use any company besides the Bard group again they are the best

I hired the beard group to remodel my living room, open it to my kitchen and transform a fireplace into a 2 sided fireplace. The crew was talented and very skilled at their trade. They were friendly, professional and handled challenges with confidence. The project was finished on time and the crew kept the area as clean as can be expected. Chris and Claire were terrific to work with in planning and making the necessary decisions to ensure the projects success . I would definitely hire them again.

We hired the Beard Group for a master bathroom remodel in our 95 year old Cleveland Heights house. We had a leak that had been going for over 10 years. We weren't sure if it was coming from the faucet vanity, toilet or shower. The Beard Group was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Their entire team of project manager, project designer, carpenters, tilers, plumbers and painters worked with us from start to finish. We will hire them again for our next home improvement job and would recommend them to anyone.

We have contracted the Beard Group for multiple projects in our home in Shaker Heights, including a complete renovation of the kitchen, living and dining room, basement "man cave" and most recently, a renovation of our front entry and first floor powder room. From design services to finish work, TBG has completed all to perfection. Their employees are respectful, tidy, skilled, and trustworthy.

We hired the Beard Group to reconfigure a Master Closet room, create a laundry room upstairs, replace an island kitchen countertop and install custom cabinets in our basement and garage area. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of their work as well as their level of professionalism. They were in and out of our house for nearly 2 1/2 months. They were always respectful of our home and our privacy. They were always available and easy to get in contact with and always willing to accommodate our last minute indecisions. We love our new closets, cabinets, laundry room and kitchen countertop. We couldn't be happier.

We are new to Cleveland and wanted to remodel my parents bathroom. Chris and Claire brought so much knowledge to the project, they made all of the key decisions as easy as possible. It was so meaningful to us as, as two very busy people and made the entire process so much easier. The quality of the work, the design support and the staff are all best in class. You will get what you pay for when you select this company. And they are lovely people to work with.

We hired the Beard Group to do a complete rebuild of our basement. We were fine with waiting 4 months to begin for their designer to return from maternity leave. When her charges far outstripped the estimate, Chris honored the estimate. However, it became clear that they did not want the project. Despite the fact that the design plan and materials had not changed, the job was requoted at 40% more than the original estimate. We were completely shocked by this behavior in such a highly rated company. After 8 months of waiting, we were forced to hire another company.
