We were discouraged, but Tom helped us feel at ease from the very first phone call. He is truly an expert in his field and honest to the core, something of a rare find in the home improvement industry. His team is friendly, professional and very meticulous, having genuine pride in their work, and often going above and beyond what was expected. Tom and crew did a fantastic job restoring my antique colonial farmhouse. My home was overdue for some repair, maintenance and paint. The crew worked tirelessly to ensure that the entire compound was prepped properly and left in pristine condition before completion. Communication was excellent and the entire job was done ahead of schedule.

I hired Tom and his team to remodel and re-finish my deck about two and a half years ago. They did a wonderful job sanding it down and they put two coats of finish on it. I was very pleased with their work!

Tom Saint and his crew painted the exterior of our home. It is a large home that needed a lot of work. Tom was EXTREMELY easy to work with, responded quickly to questions/concerns and is extremely well priced for his excellent quality of work. Tom's crew was also amazing. They were always on time, worked hard the entire time they were here and did a thorough job to make sure it was done right. We had a birthday party for our son planned at the end of the week. The crew went above and beyond and worked until 8:00 at night to finish the job in time for the party. The most amazing part, each man smiled and said goodbye at the end of this 12 hour day. Tom Saint Painting & Remodeling has done several projects for us and will be coming back later this summer to replace carpeting on our second floor with hardwood and remodel our master bathroom. His crew stripped and stained our deck and also painted our living room and master bedroom and bath. They were clean, efficient, showed up when they were supposed to and worked through each project in a timely fashion. We were very happy with the quality of their work which is why we have hired them to come back.

In my experience, Tom Saint is an excellent choice for painting and/or remodeling work. He is knowledgeable, respectful and sensitive to the preferences of the homeowner. He also maintains a team of workers that are skilled and effective. Tom and his crew are reliable. They get the job done as promised. They also,follow up to make sure the homeowner is pleased with the work and they make corrections on items needing adjustment. We have been very pleased with work Tom has done for us.
