Sylvia at Unique not only helped me find the perfect match for the two most important areas in my home, she made it fun! My project was really a grind, and I remember walking around the showroom with her and laughing and thinking, FINALLY, this is FUN! She also treated us with kindness and respect and, the kind of integrity that I had given up on during our long and extensive gut remodel. It didn’t hurt that the selection at Unique is outstanding. Thank you, Unique for finding stone to make my Kitchen (family room, dining room and living room) come together in the most unique and sophisticated way AND the perfect Emperador light for the master bath!

We recently completed our kitchen remodel and Unique Stone Concepts provided our counters.....from helping us select the right material to coordinating the install by referring a great installer, we were very happy with the process.......the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful - we went in thinking we wanted marble, but they pointed us towards Polarstone which was more durable (which we need) and more cost effective. I really appreciated their help and would highly recommend Unique Stone Concepts and their Polarstone countertops....!!

USC is a home remodel/ construction Partner (and I stress partner) of the highest caliber. Their sales team walked us through the entire showroom, talking about the merits and drawbacks of each type of material (marble, quartz, granite, etc), its origins and what we needed to remember in selecting different colors and finishes for the future of our home. They actually steered us in the direction that worked to their own financial detriment, but that would be a better fit for our kitchen and lifestyle. Furthermore, Larry and his team took ownership in the process with the fabricator, making sure the finished product looked how we had envisioned it. This is where you should shop for your countertops. We WILL be using them again for at least 2 future bathroom projects.

Their customer service is outstanding, the staff is always there to answer questions and offer suggestions, and they are all very knowledgeable about the stones in their inventory. My wife and I were looking to make a major investment in our kitchen and baths and one project was changing the counter tops to granite. This was really a process that we have never done before so the help of good counsel was important. Using Unique Stone Concepts for us was much better than other locations in Cincinnati we had visited. With Unique Stone Concepts we noticed several things one was that there was better lighting in the building with large windows. Along with better lighting to see the product selection was the counsel of a woman who was not only very helpful but could communicate better with my wife from a woman's prospective. Other locations were dark and working with men who had little patience with my wife and in the end we all know who makes the decision it's not me. I would highly recommend Unique Stone Concepts to anyone looking for a great selection, clean show room, good counsel and great prices. In the end each day we are more in love with the new look in our home and very pleased we used Unique Stone Concepts.

We selected the granite slabs for our kitchen counters at Unique, and then our fabricator made the counters. We went there on several occasions to look at the granite, and they gave us samples. They were very nice to deal with, are well-organized, and it is really easy to look at all the slabs the way they are set up. When it was time to select the actual slabs (We needed two.), they were very accommodating and pulled out several until we found the two we wanted. Great experience all around.

Kommentiert: I want new granite or quartz countertops and a full backsplash.If all you are looking to change are your countertops and backsplash, which you can easily do without a full remodel, you will need a stone fabricator. Fabricators can take out your pre-existing tops ...
