I could not be happier with the job Victor did in my kitchen. The quality of the work he did on the full-wall tile backsplash is impeccable. Victor was courteous, trustworthy, and dependable. He went above and beyond the original scope of the project by arranging to replace my windowsills with ones that covered an awkward gap between the tile and the window. The result is seamless. Since April I have had the pleasure of personally meeting and getting to know Victor at Bathrooms Galore and More and working with him, under both normal and unusual circumstances, during which he has exemplified true professionalism, possessing the solid skills and such quality personality traits which are rare among PRO’s of his profession. Being an International customer from Europe, way across the Atlantic, over 5,000 miles away, we never felt that distance was an obstacle to what I may say was and remains an excellent cooperation. Victor is a lifesaver! I had contracted with someone else to redo my shower. Unfortunately that person had health issues and was not able to begin my job. I was on a time crunch and Victor stepped up to the challenge of completing my shower remodel before June 1st. He exudes patience, honesty, and dependability. The next time I have a home improvement job, I will be calling Victor first.

Prior to using Victor's services, I contacted 3-5 contractors, to include Lowes. I am very happy we went with Bathrooms Galore and more, not only we are very pleased with the end result due to his fine work and attention to details, he is an honest man with integrity that we left home alone most of the time during the project. Like most families, my husband and I have full time jobs and it's very critical to me that I can leave a contractor home with his crew and come back to an immaculate house, they cover the floor, they bring a commercial vacuum cleaner and clean as they go. Victor was able to remodel our bathroom for less than half the price Lowes asked for and at a Top Notch service. I highly recommend him and his services.

I called on Wednesday. Victor himself responded for repair of a pocket door. He arrived on time and did a fine job on the repair, explaining what he was doing in courteous terms. I'm still receiving offers thru another referral service. One was nice enough to offer to fix the door for approximately twenty times what I paid for the fast efficient repair. I heartily recommend this company. He will be my "go to" guy for any future work.
