Preferred Remodeling & Construction

We've been trying to get out master bathroom remodel done for months. After three contractor failures, we tried Vincent. The bathroom came out great. Vincent's crew was prompt, worked hard and professional. Great job !!!

We had two bathrooms done by Preferred Remodeling this fall. One was an existing bathroom that was ripped out down to the studs and completely done over. The other was a gigantic handicap accessible shower that we had in the house that was ripped out and a bathroom was built from scratch in its place. We decided to go with Preferred because of the great reviews we had read about Vinny, his A+ rating on the BBB and also because he came in with the lowest estimate out of everyone we had come in about the job. We were not disappointed! Vinny and everyone who works for him is professional, neat, clean and personable. We have had a lot of construction and projects done on our house over the years and never have we had such a positive experience. Some of the major plusses: Vinny’s guys showed up every single day they were supposed to and they were on time. The crew was very clean. They put paper down to protect our floors and cleaned up after themselves each and every day. We didn’t have a dumpster on site, but all garbage was hauled away in a timely fashion. I only wish we had known about Vinny and Preferred Remodeling years ago because I would have used them on every project we did. Working with Vinny and Preferred Remodeling was honestly the most stress-and-hassle-free experience that construction in your home could possibly be. Vinny was available to us for questions for materials we were buying, etc, and he and his guys were very quick to fix any little problems we nit-picked or found (and they did it with a smile!). I can not recommend them highly enough!!

Vince was very helpful with my clients kitchen project. He helped us with window placement and framed the new kitchen extension perfectly to our specs. I will recommend him highly to all my clients that need a remodeling contractor.

Master bath remodeling: Vincent Daddio & his very professional, skilled & respectful crew were wonderful. Everything done as promised, work was excellent, they kept my home clean & Vin communicated with me all the time. Stayed on budget to the dollar! I would hire them again in a second. Vincent Daddio has a great reputation in building and remodeling. He has done several job for me in the past and has always surpassed my expectations. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. As a local realtor in Smithtown I keep an eye on the quality of work as well as the service that is provided so I can later tell my clients whom to use. Preferred Remodeling is at the top of my service providers list when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning a makeover in their home.
