I recently hired VA Kitchen and Bath to do a full remodel of a full hallway bath. We wanted to go from a tub with shower curtain to walk in shower and basically update the entire bathroom. After getting quotes from two other companies and hearing the “you can only get this price today” pitch a few too many times, I saw an advertisement in the local newspaper and gave the Leesburg location for VA Kitchen and Bath a call. After speaking with Akin (Senior Designer), I was feeling great. My wife and I went into the design center the next day and we had our entire remodel picked out within an hour. Akin was extremely helpful and extremely transparent with pricing. The price was fair and stable and he put us under no pressure to sign on the spot. We signed a contract and within a few weeks I was introduced to a very nice project manager, Emin, and lead technician Johnny as the project got started. Johnny and his crew were always very courteous and kind and they did a really fantastic job cleaning up each day after the work day ended. We recently had VKB do a remodel of a master bathroom. From design to selection of all materials and fixtures, through construction and follow-up they performed professionally and expertly. The original jetted bathtub, now gone, had a tile mural centered over it. Jose’ carefully removed the mural and expertly placed it into the new shower wall. We rate our experience with this company as excellent and would gladly hire them again to do an improvement project.

We had 4 kitchen remodeling estimates and several more scheduled when Burak came to give us an estimate. As he walked into the house, it was very apparent that he was a true professional. He was ready with a design the fastest and we were immediately blown away by the beauty and function of his kitchen design. My family has used the services of Virginia Kitchen and Bath in the past. This time we had a small bathroom remodeling project, updating a 80's-era bathroom that was original to the townhouse. VK&B may not be the least expensive option, but I cannot fault the selection of materials or quality of the craftsmanship. Their crews are very diligent, and always asked for guidance to make sure we were happy with the work.

Oscar and Andy have now done three projects for us. They previously did our kitchen and hall bath and now have completed a renovation of our primary bathroom and dressing area. We could not be more pleased! Dale designed the project and Sertac managed the work and both did fantastic jobs.

We just finished a kitchen renovation with Virginia Kitchen & Bath. We replaced a peninsula with a large island, and reconfigured the appliances. Our designer, Burak did an amazing job in creating a new kitchen with a completely different layout. He has a lot of experience and had a great feel for what would work for our kitchen. Burak was always very responsive when we reached out to him with questions or changes/additions. Our Project Manager, Aykut would stop by just about every day to check on progress and update us as to the next steps. Once we were placed on the schedule, we were assigned a dedicated construction team. Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job with putting all of the plans together - he came up with creative solutions to several issues we encountered along the way. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, Miguel summarized what they did and were planning on doing the following day and when they would arrive the next morning. Once they started the project, they worked every day without fail and it took about 6 weeks from start to finish - we were extremely happy with this timeline. Pricing was fair - the contract amount did not change, except for items we added in later on.

I contacted several kitchen remodelers and chose Virginia Kitchen and Bath for both their high review ratings, a reasonable quote for the work, and their professionalism. They estimated 6 weeks and got most of it done in 3 weeks. The onsite team went over and above finding problems inside our walls that they brought to my attention and fixed for us. The attention to the small details was exceptional. We love our new kitchen and yes, I recommend them.

The transformation of our 1980s master bathroom to its current contemporary style was truly impressive. I took pictures every day of this transformation and we are still stunned at how beautiful our bathroom is. It is my favorite room in the house! Incompetent, cutting corners, no project management, do not inform the customers of decisions they make on their behalf. 1. They tried to cut corners every step of the way, including improper plumbing that would have caused a major issue down the road. No electrical inspection, good thing we insisted on it being done, issues were discovered that could have been a concern for safety and would have destroyed our new appliances. 2. There were 3 “must haves” in our remodel and we were told that they will do all three. When the project started, it turned out that 2 were no longer happening. One was due to VKB placing the wrong ordering and us not finding out until it was too late, and the second one was due to them not reviewing the floor plan prior to project start. The 3rd “must have” was at jeopardy as well but, at that point it was a deal breaker for us and they managed to get it done. 3. The project was supposed to be complete in 6 weeks, while we understand that delays happen, going from 6 to 14 weeks with no explanation or communication is unacceptable. 4. The work space was a disaster. 5. While the workers were very polite, the craftmanship was horrible, or nonexistent. Most of the time it felt as if we are the first project they have ever worked on and if we didn’t insist on re-work it would have looked like DIY project. 6. They damaged our furniture with paint splashes, it was not properly covered.

Grateful for the great renovation experience provided by Virginia Kitchen & Bath! We needed help with a full renovation of a guest bathroom and our master bathroom. Our good friend referred us to Virginia Kitchen & Bath for help with this project. And it could not have worked out better! Bo and Leon visited our home to capture the necessary measurements. We met with them at the Chantilly showroom where they helped us with designing our new bathrooms. We really needed help with designing these spaces and they offered us a full-service experience. We wished to convert the shower/tub combo in our master bedroom to a walk-in shower. We kept the shower/tub combo in our guest bathroom. They helped us pick new vanities for the bathrooms. They helped us select tile for the walls and the floors along with the slab for our countertops that was beautifully color coordinated in a way that we could not have achieved on our own. We also received guidance on bath and sink faucets that was very helpful. After weeks of planning, we finally settled on the design and made a deposit toward the purchase of materials necessary for the job. Once the materials were in, we worked primarily with Faruk, the project manager and Alejandro who managed the crew. Great care was taken to protect our wood floors throughout our home. Tarps went up to try to contain dust and smells associated with demolition. Our old bathrooms were completely demolished and cleaned out within a 48-hour period. Just about 2.5 weeks later, the project was 90% finished. The crew worked all day six days out of the week. We gave feedback throughout the construction that was quickly acted on. If something needed to be changed or adjusted, then it was done. We really appreciated the professionalism of the entire crew. Cost associated with the job were clearly laid out in the contract and there were never any big surprises. The finished product looks absolutely stunning and they far exceeded our expectations! We look forward to enjoying these bathrooms for many years to come! If you need help with a home renovation project, then you have come to the right place! I researched a few companies for my kitchen and bathroom renovation, and VA Kitchen and Bath gave me the most competitive, reasonable price. Other companies wanted to charge a deposit for coming out to view the space and to take measurements, but I really liked that VA Kitchen & Bath came out (free of charge) to view, measure, and give input on my space. They also provided me with a draft design after I communicated what I wanted to do. That, and based on good things I had heard about them, I decided to hire the company. I'm glad I did. I'm very pleased with my kitchen and bathroom renovation, and also happy with the communication and service I received from the company. There was good communication throughout the project, with the crew asking for my input/feedback. After all materials were available, the kitchen reno took about 2.5 weeks to complete and the bathroom took about 3.5 weeks. I was surprised and happy at how quick the project progressed without sacrificing quality. I would recommend VA Kitchen & Bath, and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

From Burak Akin (my designer/salesperson) through Matt Bidgood (project manager), they responded to my questions, slight real time alterations, and finished way ahead of schedule. Virginia K&B provided an excellent estimate that beat all other estimates. The estimate also included that they would obtain all work permits. There showcase store had almost everything you could ever want in deciding what type of bath you wanted, to include tile, color of tile, color of caulk and all cabinets and fixtures . They showed up on time and immediately put down drop cloths to protect the carpet and floors. They cleaned up before they left for the day. All work was done with absolute professionalism and all details were done with perfection. They also completed the job 1 week earlier than they predicted. I would highly recommend them for any Kitchen and Bath work

We had our owners bath remodeled. From start to finish, everything was done on time. They protected our floor and sectioned off a work area. They vacuumed every night when leaving. We work from home and the tradespeople were as quiet as they could be doing the work. The tile work is gorgeous. The attention to detail shows in the work. They consulted with us before every step to confirm or make changes from the plan. We are absolutely happy with the work and the bathroom.

Excellent update of an outdated condo galley kitchen. Willing to address part or the whole of the desired project. Very flexible incorporating your vision into the finished product. Patiently solved the various issues that invariably pop up. Nice to work with, they manage schedule as well as possible given the supply issues.

5 stars from project start to finish. The contractors did a great job at remodeling our bathroom. The project manager was a great communicator and let me know what to expect each step of the way. The contractors wore masks the entire time and cleaned after they were done. Our bathroom looks great. The interior designer (I think her name was Bo) was also fantastic. We had a wonderful experience with VK&B. Very professional -- Leon and Bo were very helpful in the design phase. The subcontractor who built the kitchen was thorough and detailed. He adjusted the ceiling curvature with drywall just so that the molding above the cabinets would be flush against the ceiling. He spent hours aligning the cabinets doors and all fixtures. He even worked on Saturdays and Sundays to finish up the work within the promised timeframe. It was definitely worth the price.

In the beginning they helped us pick the tile and fixtures. The original PM left the company and they brought Matt in to finish the job. It all worked out in the end and we love our bathroom. The workers were very professional and the craftsmanship was outstanding.

I contracted VA Kitchen & Bath for a kitchen renovation after soliciting proposals from (4) different contractors. Their price was the most competitive and their proposal was the most detailed and well organized. My project required integrating the existing finishes with new finishes and the designer, Burak Akin, listened to my vision and did not try to sell me features that were not in my budget. The Project Manager, Ethan Berker was professional, respectful of my time, he was on-site when needed making sure the installation was going smoothly and he was dedicated to making sure my project was completed to perfection. The superintendent was skilled, paid attention to the finer details of the installation and kept the surrounding areas of my home free from dust during construction. And they showed up on time when scheduled, every time. We had only one issue with the granite supplier, which was not the fault of VA Kitchen, and Ethan and Mel spent a tremendous amount of time making sure I got the granite I selected without flaws or imperfections. The entire team was excellent.

Completely satisfied customer and impressed with both the very high caliber and quality of work as well as the experience during our kitchen remodel. Working with this company was a fantastic experience start to finish. We were allowed multiple trips to their design center; creating floor plans was great as they are extremely competent in this area. Bo and Leon walked us through a couple options; from there they allowed us to work and move things on the fly until the design was exactly what we wanted. The price was extremely competitive. The work started on time; the contractors were super friendly and did excellent work. The project manager was super professional. We enjoyed working with everyone along the chain. The project was delivered faster than estimated which was amazing. The project manager and workers went out of their way to addresses all our concerns before officially leaving the job completed. We recently had our master bathroom remodeled. Leon and Bo provided helpful suggestions for the design and layout of the bathroom. They also guided us in the selection of the cabinets, tiles, bathtub, and other materials. Ethan was our project manager. He was a true professional, always courteous, and quick to respond. We had a partial kitchen remodel done and could not be any happier with the result! The designer, Omar, visited our home and planned a design with all the features we indicated were a must do. He was informative and advised us on how the changes would impact the walls and overhang. For example, we chose quartz for the backsplash and it is a little thicker than the tiles we had on the wall. As to the countertop and backsplash, the contracting team that installed them were amazing as well. Such a friendly team too! And what can I say about Miguel? AMAZING, AMAZING! He was the person we saw each day doing our work and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was informative, advised us of any issues that arose and ensured that we were 100% satisfied when he left the job site. The company stood by their contract and delivered on everything, including another permit needed when the inspector showed up and ensuring that the right panel was secured for our island when the wrong one had been delivered. We all know how inspections can go and the rule changes that impact projects. Clean up was done promptly and all materials were removed from the job site. We plan on having a bathroom project done within the next 6 months or so and will certainly be looking at Virginia Kitchen and Bath to design and possibly do it.

We had our hall bathroom renovated and it was a great experience working with Virginia Kitchen and Bath throughout the project. Cleven was outstanding on-site leading the renovation. He was very skilled, hard working and kept project clean throughout the effort. Ali was our project manager and he was very responsive and kept project on track. I highly recommend Virginia Kitchen & Bath. I hired them to do a complete remodel of our full bathroom in our basement. This was the first major remodel project that I had done, and I could not have been more pleased. The process from start to finish was easy and hassle free. Once the supplies were in, they quickly scheduled the project to start, and the remodel was finished in 1/2 the time I expected. The project manager and the two workers who performed the remodel were very professional. Any questions I had they answered and everything done exceeded my expectations. My husband I and I reached out to a few companies at the beginning of April 2021 hoping to have a kitchen remodeled by the end of August. Kemal responded quickly and came out to take measurements and make an estimate. I shared our budget (70k) and our hopes. He had a design ready within a week or so. The design was different than what I had in my head and I liked it even more! We asked about adding a few things and he quickly made suggestions and changed the design with us right then. We signed up that day. Kemal and I exchanged several emails about the design over the next few weeks and he always accommodated our requests. We had a delay in our cabinet order, and he upgraded the product to keep us on track with our deadline. Javier's crew started in mid-July, and we were amazed at how efficient and thorough they were. Of course it was very dusty! But they swept and cleaned at the end of every shift, so I imagine it was much better than what could have been. When we found some surprises in the wall, Kemal and his team had some great suggestions to keep costs down and resolve the issues. We made some compromises, but nothing major and the completed project looks better than I imagined! Due to some flooring delays, and some illness (on our end) which further delayed the project, it was finished in mid-September, just a few weeks after the proposed timeline. There were many days where Javier and his crew were staying past 6 pm, so I know they were working overtime to keep the schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Anything I asked for, change-wise, was honored. I didn't care for a couple of tiles in a mosaic, so Javier dug them out and swapped them with two other pieces. I asked to add some trim to the top of the bookcase and he had it done that day. He was such a rockstar! Ali was the project manager, and he worked on ordering the supplies and connecting us with the other tradesmen. He was so fast to respond to our messages - usually within the hour even after work hours. When we were having some flooring issues, he made so many calls to the company to make sure it was getting ordered and then when it got stuck in a warehouse, he followed up to get a delivery date. He was very diligent! The ONLY weak part of the project was the gentleman who installed our flooring, whose name I am choosing not to write here. I think he did a nice job with installation and the sealing, but his finish work is not up to the rest of the team's quality. He used an odd color for wood filler and wasn't as tidy painting the baseboards. I didn't dock a star because the rest of the crew did such a great job and overshadows any mistakes! I HIGHLY recommend this group and am so happy with the new kitchen and the way our entire first floor changed due their expert craftsmanship and hard work. I included some photos. Their quote was fair and accurate and provided us with a great variety of materials to choose from. They had a great selection. There were a few delays due to Covid (as expected) but their communication was excellent. Dealing with Burak was very pleasant and he was patient with my many changes. Andy and his team were phenomenal. He was on the ball and spotted and solved any issues before we had any idea there was a potential problem. We just had our 1950's galley kitchen, breakfast room, & 1st floor bath brought into the 21st century. Our designer, Burak, gave us a design that fit the feeling of our 1917's home filled with 21st Century amenities. He listened to our wants & needs and worked with us all through the project to get maximum function with great design into a limited & odd shaped space in an older home. VA Kitchen & Bath's Leesburg Showroom is filled with a wonderful assortment of high end products that are very helpful in the design process. Our Project Lead, Ethan, had a challenge to execute the design as some products due to Covid-19 were not available; he worked very hard to find replacements that would meet our design and durability requirements. The construction crew lead by Oscar were hard & exacting workers who took pride in their work. To say we are happy with our home's transformation is an understatement! We had such a positive experience that we have hired the same team to turn our TV room bar into a full bathroom.

I interviewed several contractors for my main bathroom remodel and chose VKB for their professionalism, design, and overall approach to the process. My objective was to have a large shower with a seat since the existing shower was the size of a phone booth and the bathroom configuration presented challenges. From the very first meeting with the design consultant, BURJU, I was impressed with her ideas and suggestions and her willingness to work within my established budget. She didn't recommend or suggest unnecessary or unwanted over the top items that would have blown my budget. Project manager, JASON, was on top of everything, stayed in touch with me almost daily, made sure I had all the correct cabinets and fixtures, provided me with his cell number, and asked each time if I had any questions. Last and certainly not least, MARVIN, the wonderful person who actually did all the nitty gritty hard work, worked nonstop to give me the bathroom of my dreams. I've never seen anyone work so hard and with the precision and perfectionism as he did. I absolutely love my new bathroom and would not hesitate to hire this team again. The process of having a one stop shop made everything much smoother. Akin was great upfront helping us choose a style and materials. Our contractor Miguel was very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Always respectful of our space and communicating along the way. Final result was a completely transformed kitchen. We would use them again for other projects.

We recently completed our kitchen and powder room remodel. Leon and Bo were our sales/designer team. They were very helpful providing us alternatives to what we “thought” we wanted to help open up our small kitchen (removing outdated soffits and the ledge on our center island). We were a little concerned when we learned before our project start that they left the company because we still didn’t choose our countertops, backsplash and paint colors. The owner Kemal Boyraz reassured us that the project would go smoothly and he and his team would assist us. Although we were a little apprehensive starting demolition before our final selections, I soon found myself thanking Kemal and phrasing the crew assigned to our project! Sertac was our project manager and Andy was our crew leader. Any concerns we had we brought to the attention of Sertac and were quickly addressed and relayed to Andy. Andy was personable and worked with me and my husband and made design, plumbing and electrical suggestions. He even sat with me and gave his onion on paint swatches I was struggling with! The powder room mirror we selected turned out to be too large and to order the smaller mirror would have taken two weeks to get. Andy ran out to a few different suppliers to find it in stock. I can’t praise and thank Andy and his crew enough. Our new kitchen and power room turned out to be even more beautiful than we imagined. We went from dark dated cabinets and countertops to a bright and open elegant design. Thank you Virginia Kitchen & Bath for all your hard work and craftsmanship. Great experience from start to finish on our Jack and Jill bathroom. Full replacement of floor and shower/tub tiles, double vanities and sinks, mirrors, light fixtures, toilet, exhaust fan, new recessed lights, tub, towel bars, faucets...the works. They removed a hinged door to the water closet/tub and prepped the walls above it for a sliding barn door support system by installing backer wood and replacing the drywall. I also requested the Schluter system for water proofing the floors and shower which they accommodated for a little extra cost. I truly appreciated the showroom experience. My family had the run of the place with Burak our designer while we picked out all the finishes. For nearly all elements required for our bathroom, there were no up charges for higher end materials. The quoted price allowed us to pick exactly what we wanted including high end quartz countertops that look like marble. Install started about when 3-4 weeks after choosing materials, and the job was finished one week after start, all as promised. Project manager stopped by nearly every day to check on progress and any concerns we may have. Crew worked from about 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Saturday, finishing the next Monday. They used plenty of tarps for dust control and cleaned up before leaving everyday. Very happy with the results, and the crew came out to complete our punch list of final touchups in a timely fashion. We plan on using Virginia Kitchen & Bath again soon.

We have had a Master Bathroom remodeled, and then another hallway bathroom and half-bath. All projects were great! VA Kitchen & Bath did an incredible job - from design help to installation and then follow up afterwards. We had everything replaced - from flooring, tiling, cabinets, mirrors, lighting and painting - and all professional and great quality of work! I would highly recommend them and have another project (laundry remodel) that is currently being designed.

We utilized Va Kitchen & Bath for a complete remodel of a kitchen, two bathrooms, and carpet replacement with LVP. The quality and workmanship were outstanding. We used Virginia Kitchen & Bath originally to update our townhouse kitchen. After they were done, we used them to renovate 3 bathrooms to include a master bath overhaul to include walk in closet. They were very reasonably priced, but more importantly they came in on budget and on time! Even many years after the renovations they have always responded to any inquiry to question I have. Our bathroom remodeling experience with Virginia Kitchen & Bath was great, and we were really pleased with the results. We had two original bathrooms that needed some love. We found VKB's pricing to be in line with their competitors, but their prompt responses to all of our inquiries made them an easy choice. We worked with Bo to design our bathrooms, and she was incredible helping us choose colors and materials that would flow. Our project manager, Sertac, checked in with us daily as soon as work started. He was available all hours to answer any questions we might have had about the process. We had one crew throughout the entirety of our project, and they were equally wonderful. We are very happy with the results, and will definitely go to them first when we inevitably remodel the kitchen.

We are very happy with our decision to use Virginia Kitchen & Bath to renovate our kitchen and a half-bathroom. We worked with their Herndon office. Their price was competitive with other estimates that we obtained and they demonstrated professionalism throughout the project. Our sales/designers (Bo and Leon) provided us with a design that accommodated our desires, working us through some options. They were very helpful in guiding us in our choices of materials and patient when we had numerous questions. Virginia Kitchen & Bath told us they would get the job done in about four weeks, and they delivered. We appreciated the fact we had a dedicated crew for the project, which meant the job continued without interruption until it was completed. The crew -- led by Javier -- was professional, polite, and trustworthy. They sealed off the kitchen well so the mess was limited in the rest of the house and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Our project manager (Alex) was responsive anytime we had questions or issues. He was in constant communication with us and his crew and came to check the project periodically. We had some issues with a cabinet and a couple of doors due to manufacturing and/or shipping errors. However, Alex worked diligently to address our problems, returning to the manufacturer to replace the defective elements. Overall, we think our new kitchen and half-bath look great -- and really function well -- courtesy of Virginia Kitchen & Bath. When the time comes for renovating our other bathrooms, we will be sure to contact Virginia Kitchen & Bath.

It started with their designer extraordinaire Tara who is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the design and has excellent taste in picking and matching materials. Their project manager Alex was on top of the project from beginning to end and was extremely helpful with quality control and ensuring the project moved smoothly and in a timely manner. We had two separate groups working on two bathrooms. Wilson and his assistant and Cesar and his crew did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the project and highly recommend Virginia Kitchen and Bath.

We are extremely happy with the remodel performed by Virginia Kitchen and Bath and have already recommended them to several friends. We planned our remodel for late September and obtained four quotes from different contractors in early June and signed the contract in July. Virginia Kitchen and Bath was not the cheapest but were fairly priced based on what we wanted done. We chose them because they were able to accommodate our schedule, incorporate our needs and successfully anticipated and addressed some of the difficulties that we faced. There were no surprise costs! WORK DONE: They removed all existing cabinets, redesigned the layout (moved electrical, gas and water connections, got the permits!) and installed flooring, cabinets with granite counter tops and new lighting. The design team (Leon and Bo) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They came to our home a couple of times and met with us a couple of times in their office to design and adjust the layout based on what we were looking for. They showed us a 3-D rendering of what everything would look like before we finalized selections. All materials and appliances were selected and ordered in July. Work started the third week in September and was finished 2.5 weeks later. Crew: We would say that 85% of the work was done by crew supervisor (Alex) and two workers. They were extremely punctual, meticulous, worked to completion and it showed on the quality of the final product. Trash was removed regularly from the premises

We recently had Virginia Kitchen and Bath remodel our 1990s master bath and kids bathroom. They patiently worked with us in choosing fixtures and finishes in their showroom. They listened to us and we never felt as if they were up selling or pushing us over our budget. The crew showed up every day on time and completed the work promptly. They put up dust barriers and plastic on the carpets to help minimize construction mess in the house. We highly recommend them and will hire them when we are ready to remodel the kitchen.

After getting burned by several contracting companies, I was at my wits end. My trust levels were shot and the amount of money I had spent completely overwhelmed me. I knew I had to have my shower floor done 1 more time. It had had 4 floors since it was first constructed in July 2016. I decided to go with a carpet and floor company. The tile technician came out to see what he was to reconstruct and promptly refused to take the project on...too many problems! Then I called Virginia Kitchen and Bath. They were a godsend. I didn't have to go to all the stores and lug boxes of tile around and find the proper caulk, grout etc. The team did everything. Marble accent pieces were matched as were the tiles. When the time came to begin, two very nice gentlemen started the demo. They put plastic everywhere to protect my belongings. Everything done was perfection. The work area was cleaned at the end of the work day and all the drop cloths were removed. They were willing to answer any questions. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Virginia Kitchen & Bath again and refer them to my friends. In my opinion, they are the best! You can communicate with them very easily. The person in charge of the project responds to texts and calls right away. Don't hesitate to call Virginia Kitchen & Bath. They are great!

We had Virginia Kitchen & Bath do a full renovation on our master bath last month. We are very pleased with the outcome. The work was performed within the stated time-frame with no major surprises. After the cabinets were installed we noticed a few minor scratches on the front of one of the doors. They replaced the entire cabinet without hesitation. We also asked the installer to make some adjustments to the alignment of the shower doors, which he did to our satisfaction. I don't know if we'll have more work done on our current house in the future, but if we do I will give these folks a call.

Overall a solid experience and at a reasonable price point. Kitchen crew in particular were great and attentive to the little things we asked for throughout. Bathroom crew likewise adjusted when we pointed out flaws in the tile install. You do need to pay attention and be firm if you see something during install you don't like, such as a color-mismatched cabinet or tile work that isn't to your standards.

What we had done: *Kitchen Walls Removed *Island added to gain counter/kitchen dining space *New Cabinets, Sink, Granite Counter-top, Recessed Lights, Pendent Lights. My husband and I were impressed beyond our expectations with the quality and style of the renovation done by Virginia Kitchen & Bath. From the designing/consulting, to the large protective thick plastic curtain with zipper that covered the work area! At the initial consultation at our house we met at the showroom to see how our new kitchen would look and were able to select our cabinets, counter top and all other parts. We were able to move the different granite slabs around to different cabinet styles to help us decide. We were also given excellent advice from the knowledgeable designer and sales rep. We highly recommend VA Kitchen & Bath!

We are so happy with our new kitchen! Everyone at Virginia kitchen and bath was wonderful to work with from design to completion. The showroom was beautiful and gave us an opportunity to see in person all of the options we were considering. We were guided during the design process with expertise to make the kitchen both beautiful as well as convenient for use. The contractors were friendly, efficient, on time each day, and kept us up to speed on progress daily. They were even able to keep the dust confined to the kitchen and left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day. We hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath to completely remodel our Master Bathroom. From the initial planning stage with Burak to the final finishing touches, we were very happy. Selection was done in their Leesburg showroom, which was very convenient for us. They were willing to obtain other fixtures that were not displayed in their showroom. Despite making a few changes during the process, our budget did not change. Our project manager Sertac and his crew were fantastic. He responded to questions or issues within hours of contacting him. Alejandro, our lead carpenter and his crew showed up on time every morning, and worked through until early evening. We knew what they would be working on each day and when they would arrive. They left their work area neat and cleaned up what they could at the end of the day. The entire process was a great experience. We would definitely hire them again.

After a fire in my kitchen VKB gave me a BEAUTIFUL Remodel. It was reasonably priced and done with quality products. My designer Calvin was wonderful & I can't say enough about the professionalism of Al and his work crew. They were polite, noninvasive, finished the kitchen earlier than expected. Virginia Kitchen and Bath did an OUTSTANDING job remodeling our bathroom. They were extremely professional, responsive, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our designers, Leon and Bo, did the planning and helped with all the decisions on the vision for our new bathroom. They developed the floor plans and guided us in choosing the tile, tub, etc. The construction was supervised by Martese, who was in regular contact, would check in regularly to see how the job was progressing, and discussed adjustments along the way. The two workers who did the heavy lifting on our project, Rigo and Lucas, were true craftsmen. They were punctual, perfectionists, and extremely hard workers. They showed up on time everyday and were very nice to have around the house each day. This was our first major remodel and we were extremely pleased with Virginia Kitchen and Bath and our team. We would definitely use them again.

Wanted to bring the master bath in my condo up to date. Began with a meeting at the Herndon showroom that included the remodeling supervisor and an interior decorator. Both were throroug in assisting in defining requirements. Was then able to make selections of materials from the wide variety on display at the showroom. The interior decorator was friendly and professional and quickly got a feeling for what I had in mind. No effort was made to upsell me and we agreed on a price that was 2/3 of other estimates and included more replacement of tiles and fixtures. Work began on the agreed upon date and kept to schedule. The workers were pleasant and easy to work with. My input was frequently requested and followed. The project supervisor made regular inspections. The final product confirmed to my requirements and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use Virginia Kitchen and Bath for future projects.

Our estimate was comparable to other companies, but they others didn't provide the comfortable feel that we were looking for. Throughout the project we received excellent communication from Matt and he worked to ensure that we were happy with the quality of the team's work. We also noticed that they took exceptional care to keep our house clean during the remodel. I must say that even after the project's completion, the level of service has remained consistently excellent. Finally, the project was completed in three weeks, beating the five week estimate. We plan to use them again for a master bathroom remodel.

This company was honest, easy to talk to and work with. They started and finished the project when they said they would. The workers were punctual, courteous and very hard working. After many costly piecemeal repairs to my bathroom, I was very happy to find a company that pays attention to the quality of the work they do as well. When I pointed out a couple items that needed adjustment, the project foreman readily agreed and speedily fixed the items. This alone is worth its weight in gold! I will definitely be using this company in the future. One note - this type of work requires equipment that cannot easily be packed up every evening and can also generate a lot of trash. A staging area for work should be considered upfront. I was lucky enough to have a garage that I let them use.

I had an excellent experience working with VKB in the renovation of my townhouse kitchen. Leon and Bo gave sound advice in finding the best design for my space and in the choice of cabinets, flooring and counter tops. Martese, the project manager, was the key to a beautiful result with everything I wanted completed on time with excellent workmanship. He kept the project on track, successfully coordinated the work of several craftsmen and provided clear and responsive communications throughout. It was a pleasure working with the VKB team.

GREAT work!!! Leon and Bo were excellent for sales, pricing and design. Leon came out for the initial sales call and had the best design idea (by far) of all four of the companies that we interviewed for this project. Interestingly enough, Leon’s experience and expertise is in construction and not design. He was the best listener of all the sales people/designers that we saw and gave us exactly what we wanted by going outside the box and suggesting some things that we hadn’t even considered. Bo was great with helping us pick out the tile, floor, fixtures, cabinets, paint, grout, etc. She was able to show us some really cool ideas in their showroom. She helped us with the vision of how everything would look in our home so there were no surprises when everything was installed. Matt was our Project Manager and did an EXCELLENT job!!! These kinds of projects go well or not based on the skill and effort of the project manager. With a project of this size, you always run into problems and the project manager’s skills will determine if it’s just a hiccup or months and months of aggravation and frustration. Our small problems were handled perfectly because of Matt’s quick and correct responses to them. We’ve never had a project manager as good as Matt on any home improvement job!!! And even better, we always budget 10% for unknowns and changes. With VKB’s good planning by Leon and Bo, and excellent project management by Matt, we did not go over budget and got some even better furniture than we were hoping in our new bedroom. Thank you, Virginia Kitchen and Bath. You’ll be the ones we call for other our other bathroom and kitchen remodeling jobs when we’ve saved up some more cash :)

We recently had our kitchen, powder room, and family room in our 34 - year old house remodeled by this company. We had used them for bathroom remodeling a few years ago and knew they would do an excellent job. The kitchen and family room look wonderful now! They removed some walls that separated the rooms, added wood flooring, and installed new cabinets and countertops, moved the refrigerator to a better location, updated the kitchen lighting, and installed new bathroom fixtures in the powder room. Designers Leon and Bo, project manager Martese, and installers Edison and Harold were very easy to work with and completed the job in less than four weeks. We recommend this company!

Virginia Kitchen and Bath was professional from start to finish. The team we had were conscientious and meticulous every day. Our bathrooms look like something out of a magazine. Sertac and his team were responsive and did everything we asked—to the last detail. Renovations can be daunting, but VK&B made it relatively painless.

Virginia Kitchen and Bath transformed our outdated kitchen. Cesar and Juan were amazingly fast, detailed and understanding when working with us. I would recommend them to anyone. We completely gutted our kitchen and knocked down a wall, replaced our cabinets, and upgraded all of our appliances. Cesar and Juan were meticulous and precise and went above and beyond our expectations. Cesar noticed that our dishwasher was damaged in shipment and recommended we get another one – things like that showed us they cared are weren’t rushing to complete the job. They wanted to do it right. I would have them do more work in my house in the future. Virginia Kitchen and Bath’s warranty (two years) is also twice as long as the other offers we requested and they were competitive in their pricing. They also obtained the permits we requested and were responsive and flexible with additional requests that we encountered throughout the renovation. Again, we would hire them again and extremely happy with their work.

We contracted with VA K&B for a complete remodel of our kitchen and dining room. We were very satisfied with the end result. It turned out beautifully. The folks who did the work, Martese and Wilson and his team were great. Very thorough and meticulous. There were a couple of unexpected changes with some added costs, but they worked with us to minimize the impact. They were very responsive to our questions and engaged in discussions about options for the changes that occurred. When deciding on the exact flooring they provided excellent recommendations and the new floors added a great touch to the kitchen. I would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish VK&B was great! "Leon" arrived to give an estimate on our master bath remodel, and envisioned a totally new space! For the same cost as other companies, we really received a beautiful bathroom! The Contractor, workers, and company are pleasant and attentive...you won't be disappointed!

The thing I found most useful and appealing to my choice of Virginia Kitchen and Bath was that as we discussed the changes we wanted, the basic price stayed the same. Almost every other firm we contacted would change the price if we asked about putting this in instead of that, or could we do this instead of that. VBK gave us a price for the project and that was pretty much it. That price included almost everything we wanted, and we did have choices as to tiles, cabinets, shower equipment and so forth. As far as being competitive, they were almost always $1,000 – $2,000 better than their competitors. They started the project when they said they would and arrived each day by 9:00 AM. They always put tarps down to keep dust and debris off our floors. They picked up all their trash that day or within 24 hours. The two fellows who did the work were polite and neat and worked from 9 – 4, with a one-hour break for lunch. The project was finished on-time (a slight delay caused by the hurricane) but that understandable. The finished bathroom is great and we love it. The workmanship is just what we expected. Yes, we had a few minor problems; however, VKB fixed everything without question and without any additional cost. I would recommend, and in fact, have recommended Virginia Kitchen and Bath to friends.

After reading Virginia Kitchen & Bath's glowing reviews on Angie's List we contacted them about remodeling our kitchen. We met with Leon for our free design consultation and he shared with us his wealth of experience and wisdom. Leon was always on time (if not early) for every appointment we had, and he thoroughly explained the renovation process before we even started the project. After meeting with several other contractors we decided to hire Virginia Kitchen & Bath to remodel not only our kitchen, but two of our bathrooms as well. We couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Matt. He patiently walked us through every step of the process and was available whenever we had questions or concerns. We also had an amazing crew led by Oscar. They worked tirelessly, were super polite, always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and were truly a pleasure to have in our home. Matt and Oscar kept us informed and involved throughout the entire process and expertly handled all three renovations which were occurring simultaneously. Kemal was very helpful in the design of my new kitchen, Andy and his team did a fantastic install job and let me stay involved every step of the way, and Matt was a great project coordinator. We did a full gut and remodel in three weeks (minus a few late arrival bits).

Excellent service and support! My wife and I had our kitchen renovated, and we are so happy that Virginia Kitchen and Bath was our contractor. The team did a phenomenal job for us, and we would definitely recommend them for anyone without any reservation. Tara was our designer, she is meticulous, and detail oriented while helping us going through every aspect of the measurement and design for our kitchen. Matt, was the project manager for the team, and we are extremely happy with his management of the project and the team. Matt is responsive and always available for our questions as the project progressing. Additionally, we are impressed with Andy and his team for the work they did for us. They are very respectful of the work site, and clean up the work space every day. Overall, the project started on time and completed on schedule within our budget. We had our entire condo redone: ripped out the kitchen, both bathrooms, all the carpeting and tore down a wall between the kitchen and dining room. From the initial planning to the materials selection to the actual renovation work, these guys were amazing. Extremely helpful, diligent workers, guided by our awesome project manager, Matt.

VA Kitchen and Bath were extremely professional, from start to finish. Leon helped me with the design and picking out the tile, colors, fixtures, etc. He knew that I wanted a modern look and gave me great suggestions as to how to make everything come together. Martese was our job foreman and Eddison was the lead on the job. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. If I need to make minor requests (extra towel bar, putting a hook next to the glass door, hanging a picture in the bathroom, they were terrific about it. It was not an inexpensive project, but I'm glad that we went ahead with VK&B, as they really were fantastic and professional. Our job was completed in a timely manner (3 weeks) and we are extremely happy with the results!

Matt and Andy were amazing. There was constant communication on when the materials would arrive and when the work would start. They were flexible to my schedule and were able to finish all of the work in approx. three weeks. Andy and his team took great care on making sure everything was installed and done perfectly and it came out even better than I had planned. Matt also made sure any questions I had were answered promptly. Amazing service and will definitely use them both for the bathroom remodels.

They were on time, clean and neat including putting down carpet runners/plastic to keep everything clean. They did a good job and when we thought there were minor adjustments to be made Alejandro and Matt were quick to update us and perform the updates. They really paged attention to the little things like the trim and door handles. That set my mind at ease as I didn't have to worry. Description of work: VA Kitchen and Bath remodeled our master bathroom. They removed the old tile, shower, built in tub, toilet, and cabinets. The replaced the tile, built a new shower with seat, installed a new standalone tub, and put in high quality dark coffee cabinets. they also painted the walls and ceiling, installed new lights and mirrors and upgrade the trim.

It was a pleasure working with VA Kitchen & Bath for our master bathroom remodel. Martese was our project manager and was easy to work with, and Oscar and his crew delivered a quality work product. Any issues or changes that came about were handled quickly with no impact to the schedule or cost. The crew worked hard and showed up on-time everyday, working full days - even on Saturdays (with our permission). Martese stopped by almost daily to make sure everything was going okay and to check in with me. The project was completed in about 3.5 weeks and at a fairly reasonable price. We have already recommended VA Kitchen & Bath to others, and hope to be able to work with them again for future projects!

The work went well and we are very happy with the results. VA Kitchen and Bath helped us from the initial design, through demo and rebuilding. The designer we worked with, Dale, helped us with the new look for the bathroom and came up with an creative fix in order to avoid doors opening into each other (pocket door). Our project manager, Matt, was helpful, responsive, and thorough. We love the porcelain tile floor (that looks like wood) and how the tile work came out. They also came out a couple weeks after the job was completed to fix a few minor things and ensure everything was to our liking. They will be at the top of our list for next time and we will recommend them to our friends and neighbors

I highly recommend Virginia Kitchen and Bath. I needed to remodel my outdated bathrooms and kitchens. Leon, the designer, came to the condo, was very professional. The bid was competitive (but still high). Remodeling is not as inexpensive as with those DIY shows on TV! The showroom is small with many choices, but it is not overwhelming. It's great for someone who is a busy professional who lacks designer skills. :) It took less than one hour to pick out all the materials and sign the contract. Burak was my project manager and was always respectful and responded to me quickly via email or phone. Edison, the gentleman who did the majority of the work, and his assistants were great and did wonderful work. The job was a total tear down, so it was quite extensive. The quality of the materials is top notch! Just be prepared to live in complete disarray for a few weeks. I would definitely hire Virginia Kitchen and Bath again!

My husband and I live in a 1960’s split foyer. It had a small kitchen and dining room and we wanted to enlarge it. After many months of research we got estimates from several remodeling companies before deciding to get one more. It was our best decision. We went to Virginia Kitchen and Bath (VKB) showroom and met with Kemal Boyraz (owner). Kemal was extremely pleasant and sat down with us while we explained our ideas and gave him a very amateur drawing of what we wanted. He came out to the house, did an on-site survey and within a week provided us with a colored CAD drawing and our ideas were really visualized. VKB then provided us with a detailed project plan and the scope of work included eliminating a wall, adding a new entrance to the kitchen, moving gas lines, water lines and electrical lines, new cabinets, drywall work, quartz countertops, mosaic backsplash, recessed lighting, and under-cabinet lighting. Kemal took every inch of space and utilized it giving us exactly what we wanted. In addition, VKB was the only company we interviewed that did not charge additional or make us get our own construction permits; they took care of everything, We signed a proposal on 10/31/15 but could not begin construction until January 4, 2016. We were very pleased with the proposal estimate (actually lower than any other remodeling company we interviewed) and at the time of contract signing we gave VKB our first installment and did not make another payment till work began. Before the work began Kemal came back to the house, re-measured and introduced us to the Project Manager, Martese Thomas. On Jan 4th, as promised, a VKB construction crew (Edison and Edgar) showed up as promised, explained what they were going to do, prepped by putting up plastic barriers to eliminate construction dust, drop cloths, etc. By the end of the day our kitchen was gutted. Every phase of our project was done professionally. Edison ensured installation was done down to every detail and explained to us any revisions/changes. Martese came to the house daily and if we had questions or concerns he addressed them and Kemal was more than happy to accommodate our needs. There was minimal inconvenience and the crew even worked on weekends to stay within the 4 week schedule. We did have one issue, however. Because our house was built in the 60’s, the kitchen floor had shifted and was not level. We installed Cortex luxury vinyl planking and, unfortunately the floor was not leveled correctly before the vinyl was installed. We know Edison was excellent at most of the construction needs, however, since this product was relatively new and not installed correctly we began seeing gaps in the wood. Being the professionals they are, Kemal came out one evening with a flooring expert and they ultimately took care of the issue. It did take longer to complete than we wanted but it was mostly due to delay in product. Kemal Boyraz and Virginia Kitchen & Bath have honored their contract with us and have gone over and above to ensure we were/are happy. There were a few items that I was not completely happy with and they have fixed every thing to our liking. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and would/have recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reputable, company with the customer’s best interest at hand. Thank you Kemal for everything you and your staff did for us. It was a pleasure.

The team that worked on the small bathroom made some decisions without asking, however the second team working on the master bath checked with us on every decision. On the few items that needed correcting in the small bathroom, all changes were made at no additional cost. Overall the quality was excellent and the work was completed quickly. We are very pleased with the outcome.

I recently contracted Virginia Kitchen and Bath to remodel my 1985-vintage master bathroom. During my first visit, Dale used his modern computer technology to transform my rough measurements and amateur renovation ideas into a visual depiction of what my project could actually be. Following his on-site survey of my bathroom and much of his help in selecting materials, we soon arrived at a detailed work plan and cost for the entire job. Immediately upon receipt of ordered materials, Anibal arrived with his team and began working his magic. I was pleased with his attention to avoiding the spread of construction dust and dirt through other parts of my house, by starting each day with covering all transit paths with drop cloths and isolating the work area with a plastic barrier - all of which disappeared at the end of each day. The materials were all exactly as desired and the extensive remodeling and installation activities were executed efficiently and professionally. Anibal and his team completed the entire effort within the projected schedule and costs, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end results. I am already planning my next project and will soon be visiting Dale to put his design expertise to work for me again.

Wonderful! This is by far the best contractor I have ever used. Andy, the foreman was wonderful to work with and always kept me informed of what was going on at my house. They ran into some unforeseen issues, were able to fix them and still stay on schedule. Entire project took 4 weeks. I couldn't be happier!

Simple remodel of our powder room and basement bathroom. We received 3 estimates for the work. VKB was the most expensive but designer Tara was great to work with and provided several innovative design concepts for the smaller spaces we were looking to upgrade. She was fabulous, provided frequent communication on design concepts, and was highly collaborative throughout the entire process. Our powder was important to us because it's the first space our guests will see so we really wanted to make a statement. We were able to take risks focused on our home aesthetic. Our PM was Yunus who equally was engaged and focused on customer experience. For any issue on scheduling, etc. he was able to quickly resolve. Both he and Tara were easy to work with and embraced our "digital" form of communication (text, email). The install team for our basement bathroom was phenomenal. We would use that team for all other projects. My only regret is some of the detailing such as doorknobs, vents, and light/wall plates were an "after "project thought for replacing. My recommendation is that those items should be included within the design proposal. I would recommend VKB and will leverage again for our upstairs bathroom. Enjoy the pictures.

After moving from Las Vegas, my wife and I wanted to remodel our kitchen and entire first floor to include hardwood floors and the half bathroom. Virginia kitchen and bath gave us a very competitive quote. They started on time and worked very hard until completion of the project. The construction team did a really great job. Our project manager was Burak. He stopped by every day to make sure everything was going fine. The finished kitchen, bathroom, and floors were impressive. I would recommend Virginia Kitchen and bath. They have the best customer service. We will definitely work with them again for our future projects.

The job went very well. The designer, Dale McQuillen, provided suggestions for some minor, but very pleasant modifications to the layout of the kitchen. He then provided an estimate of the total (quite reasonable) cost. He made clear how any changes to the original contract would be handled as the job progressed. We had a few changes to appearance of the kitchen and Dale handled them in a timely and efficient way. Virginia Kitchen and Bath has an excellent selection of materials to choose from and we were able to get very nice choices for the new kitchen. We were looking for a country French look and found exactly the right options at VKB. Thanks to Dale for his endless patience as we considered and reconsidered the options. We found exactly what we wanted.

Senior designer Leon designed our small and dark master bathroom and gave us not only a great idea but suggested cost effective design. Alejandro, Oscar, Alfonso and the team were excellent. They worked from early morning till evening so hard. They were professional and devoted to their work. Project Manager Yunus often stopped by to see the progress and how we liked it. Whenever we called Yunus requesting for some changes, he handled the request pleasantly. Now our bathrooms are bright and beautiful. All the staff are very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend.

We solicited three bids before deciding on a company for our bathroom remodel, but Virginia Kitchen and Bath (VKB) had our vote as soon as we met their representative, Dale, at our home. His professionalism and creative problem-solving ideas during the initial meeting inspired not only immediate confidence, but also excitement about the project. VKB's bid was very competitive and we had no hesitation going with them. While we had a clear idea of what we wanted for the bathroom, subsequent meetings at the VKB showroom with Dale and our project lead, Yunus, helped us further refine our vision, and they had a wide array of materials and products available so we could decide where we wanted to invest our money and where we could save. Yunus selected a two-man work crew for us who were nothing short of phenomenal; the two men did everything themselves from the dry wall to the electrical to the plumbing to the painting, so we did not have a parade of different people coming and going. They were at our home for a week and worked so efficiently, neatly, and quietly that the project was minimally disruptive and their work was excellent. They truly went above and beyond in meeting our every wish. Yunus came for regular drop-ins to ensure that everything was on track, and addressed any concerns or changes from us immediately. The resulting bathroom with frameless shower is a showpiece; we have something that is even grander than our expectations, and the cost was within our original budget. Finding a good contractor in this area can be tricky, but VKB has our vote for professionalism, selection, quality and price. We'll use them again when we do our master bath!

The management and workers were all very polite and professional. They provided exactly what was agreed to and in a very timely manner. They were all very tidy and answered any concerns and questions immediately. They went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Will recommend them to family and friends.

I had looked a few other places, but I couldn't find absolute black granite counter tops. Virginia Kitchen and Bath had them which is what drew me in to their store. Their prices were reasonable and we signed a contract. I needed a wall knocked down between the dining room and kitchen and have a peninsula installed. Virginia Kitchen and Bath knocked down the wall and added wood floor and kitchen tile to fill in the gaps. I couldn't even tell where the new floors went! Worked was reasonably on schedule. The guys were immaculately clean and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. They were very responsive to questions and we kept in touch constantly via emails. I am very happy with their service

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Virginia Kitchen and Bath (VKB). I chose the company to remodel my kitchen, master bath, and powder room after reading glowing reviews about their work on Angie’s List. Leon Zajdel is the Senior Designer and was my first contact with the company. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the design phase of the process. He listened to the changes I wanted to make and offered suggestions based on his years of design experience. In addition, he offered guidance with product selection which was very helpful. One of the things I appreciated most about Leon’s style is that he simplified the design process. He didn’t overwhelm me with extraneous information which would have made the process very confusing for a novice. I credit Leon with making one of the most important parts of the project less intimidating and much more enjoyable. The site supervisor for the project was Martese Thomas. He was instrumental in implementing the designs that Leon created. Martese is a true subject matter expert in the construction field. From a construction perspective, he used his creative skills to further refine the design plans which made invaluable improvements to the kitchen and master bath. Martese is all about making the customer happy. Customer satisfaction is his #1 priority which he demonstrated on a daily basis and during every phase of the project. He worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to ensure that every last detail was perfect. There is no question that Martese is highly accomplished in his field. He is also conscientious, diligent, reliable and trustworthy. He is the consummate professional. It was a pleasure to work with him on this project. The company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee who takes pride in his work and delivers an unsurpassed level of customer service. The construction crew was outstanding. They were polite, talented, very hard working, and arrived on time every day. They successfully completed the entire project one week ahead of schedule. One final, but important note about the project........The company honored the contract that Leon created. There were no overrun costs associated with the project. The only additional charges were those I chose to incur based on changes I made during the construction phase of the project i.e. upgraded material and plumbing relocation. We had a great experience with Virginia Kitchen and Bath. My wife and I are not the HGTV type, so we came into the experience a little overwhelmed, but Dale did a great job of walking us through the process and helping us design two awesome bathrooms that we love! I can't say enough about Burak and the staff that did the work in our home, they were friendly, respectful, and conscious to clean up each day before they left. I would 100% recommend Virginia Kitchen and Bath and we plan to use them again to update our other bathroom

We wanted a major kitchen overhaul, including the installation of hardwood floors and the removal of soffits. Our first contact was with Leon, the designer/estimator, who listened carefully to what we wanted and took measurements. We were very impressed by his technical knowledge. VKB's estimate came in a bit lower than the others we received and so, after a visit to their showroom, we decided to go with them. We selected everything needed for the project--cabinets, cabinet hardware, backsplash tile, etc--at the showroom except for the actual granite slab. They told us that, once the supplies were delivered and they began the project, it would be completed within four weeks. In fact, it was essentially finished in three. This short turnaround was possible because they assigned a dedicated team of three workers to work on the project every day from Monday to Friday from beginning to end. The workers did everything possible to minimize the disruption to our home and to leave it clean every evening whey they left. It is impossible for a project of this scope to be completed without minor glitches but any that occurred were addressed promptly by either Kemal at the showroom or our project manager, Andy. The best part of the experience was working with Andy, the job foreman. Andy is outstanding at what he does. He's a meticulous worker who's extremely knowledgeable about contracting work and was always ready to take time to answer our questions and find solutions when necessary.

This was a full remodeling job. Soup to nuts. From the initial visit by Leon to the final design, Leon provided lots of helpful suggestions while still listening to our needs and wants. After the design was finalized, Kemal (owner) pointed us to several places for granite selection and tile / backsplash selection. The job was promised to be complete in 5 weeks from start and Kemal delivered exactly on time, even a few days before. His crew foreman, Andy, is the best! He took a lot of pride in his work and wanted the best job possible. He ensured the major installation etc was done right including right down to the finest detail. Kemal and Andy were quite flexible with our needs. If anything was skipped in the initial design or the specs, Kemal was more than happy to accommodate our needs. Some of the examples of the wonderful work and attention to detail includes: Leveling the tile transition with the wooden floor to the next room without any thresholds; seamless granite; installation of a 24 x 24 kitchen medallion that needed painstaking work; perfect installation of granite/ cabinets. They were very responsive to any revisions/ small changes to the needs. I would whole heartedly recommend Kemal and Virginia Kitchen and Bath to any kind of remodeling. Crew is very professional, experts and courteous, punctual, hard working and the best I have seen.

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen! We wanted to open up the kitchen to the living area so we could enjoy the space more. We met with a designer who answered our questions and came up with a plan that was exactly what we had in mind. He also suggested a few touches that really add a lot of style. The remodel took a few weeks; it was a lot of work and they did an excellent job! Anytime there was a slight glitch (there's bound to be a few) our project manager responded VERY QUICKLY which was wonderful! I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath to do a complete master bath renovation and partial kitchen renovation, and they also installed new granite trim on a peninsula fireplace. They did use a granite fabricator to do the vanity countertop and kitchen counters, and had a subcontractor do the frameless shower enclosure, but coordination with these other workmen was done smoothly and the quality of all of the workmanship was satisfactory. Both the bath and kitchen projects came out looking great - and the fireplace granite trim looks good, too! Virginia Kitchen and Bath is the first company we will call for any future project needs. We received numerous bids for a complete Master Bathroom remodel. Prospective contractors except for Virginia Kitchen & Bath (VKB) required us to go to different companies to pick out the different bathroom accessories. This was one of the main reasons we choose them as well as their reputation on Angie's list. VKB Staff were exceptionally helpful in achieving our visionary design for our Master Bath and we were able to pick out the features we wanted without having to drive all over the area. The crew assigned was great, always on time and cleaned up prior to them leaving for the day. The crew had the attitude that anything they found during the demolition they could make it right and always explained what had to be done, we never had an instance where added costs were incurred. A few minor changes were made during the installation and were taken in stride by both us and VKB with no controversial issues. They finished the project on schedule and we our enjoying our new master bath. The Master Bathroom is exquisite, the workmanship of the tile installation on both the floor and walls, cabinetry, plumbing and accessories was exceptional. VKB continues to stand behind all of their work including the sub contractor that installed the shower doors.

After getting several estimates. We contracted Virginia kitchen&bath for our bathroom project. The project went very smooth and they sucessfully completed our bathroom in one week. The team did excellent job and worked very hard everyday. Our project manager addressed every single question that we had during project. We are planning to remodel our master bathroom in spring and we are definitely hiring Virginia kitchen&bath again.

After meeting with several different kitchen and bath contractors, we decided to use VK&B to remodel our kitchen, powder room, and laundry room. The project involved completely gutting the space, including changing a load-bearing wall and moving a door. We chose VK&B because we felt they would provide us the most value for our budget. I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath to remodel our master bathroom. A friend in our neighborhood referred them to us so we scheduled an appointment for an initial consultation along with couple other companies. No question in mind we decided to go with Virginia Kitchen and Bath. Their showroom is also designed with lots of different ideas. Their display of tiles, cabinets and counters made it very easy for us to select and match. The workers were very pleasent and respectful to us and to our property which is very important for anyone. They were clean and very punctual. They came and left at the same time from start to finish of the project. Since it was our master bathroom, they made sure that there was no dust or construction debris in our master bedroom. Project manager and designer were always in close contact with each other along with the workers so that everything was moving as planned. We are greatly happy of our new master bathroom. This company was recommended to us by a friend who had four projects completed by them. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and responsive. Our kitchen project was done quickly and at a great price. A year after the project was complete I noticed a bit of cracking in the grout between the tile and the backsplash. The came out and fixed it - a year later! I can't thank them enough! Great service!

We love our renovated master bathroom. A very modern look! They did a great job, worked long hours. Very good granite counter top material and tile floors. Glass shower very nice too. They wanted to make us happy, do whatever they could to please us. They designed the counter space between the two sinks with a center island to add space. And they sent us to Ferguson who helped us to choose bath tub, accessories...lighting....all looks great! Job took approx. 3 to 4 weeks. Also they stayed in our budget, never changed estimate. Workers were very knowledgeable too. Showed us an issue with the sink faucet not working properly for cold/hot water when they started to install it, so we returned item and got a different design that worked fine. We remodeled an entire basement suite. Bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. It was a pleasure to work with Virginia Kitchen and Bath. They were able to commence the work much sooner than anyone else. Always arrived on time and delivered what they promised. I am very happy with the end result of our renovations. Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention that their price was almost 60% less than the next quote.

We intially hired VKB to remodel a master bathroom in a house we had recently purchased. Their price quote was similar to other quotes we received, and we appreciated the recommendations they made to us for design and materials. During the course of the renovation, they were quick and patient in adjusting the plan to address unanticipated plumbing issues and our requests for certain brands, materials and design modifications. Just prior to the start date, we decided it would be cost-effective to buy a slab of granite that could be used for both the bathroom and to replace the kitchen countertop as well. Because we had also planned to install hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen and much of our main floor, we asked VKB to provide a quote on that as well. They offered install the flooring underneath the existing kitchen cabinets (something that other flooring companies seldom offer) to ensure that our dishwasher could be easily replaced in the future. Amazingly enough, they replaced several rooms of flooring and finished the kitchen and bath renovations in about the same period of time they had proposed for the bath alone (a little more than 2 weeks). In the end, we were very pleased with everything. They were also attentive in returning after the job was complete to make some minor adjustments. Project leader, Hakan, and his team from VKB get high marks for flexibility, workmanship and customer service.

I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath to remodel two large bathrooms in my home. I obtained several quotes. VKB price estimates were reasonable and I liked their design ideas for the space. The project was completed with high quality materials, on budget, and sooner than promised. Everyone compliments our bathrooms now. The only minor complaint is that I might have liked to see a final list of materials and costs for them, since the project was contracted with a materials allowance.

VK&B remodeled our kitchen in the summer of 2012. It was a major overhaul as our home was built in the 1930s. I worked with kitchen designer Kemal who was very receptive of our ideas and had great suggestions for us to incorporate into our new design. Their crew was good, except for the floor refinishing that needed to be redone 3 times until it was done properly. It did take longer that I had expected, but with an older home, one must expect a few quirks. I would recommend this company for further work.

We live in an apartment building and remodeled our two bathrooms. The remodeling of each bathroom took two weeks. The workers were punctual, competent and extremely kind. They took extra care in ensuring that the other apartment owners not be bothered by their work. Everything went smoothly. Any time we had special requests (such as the unusual kind of countertop we wanted), Virginia Kitchen & Bath was prompt in satisfying them. They were efficient in making all necessary arrangements with the management office of our building. In summary, the whole process went very well, and the outcome was even better than we would have expected.

In late 2012 we originally contacted Virginia Kitchen & Bath to upgrade our kitchen (floor, cabinets, counter tops, back splash). After receiving multiple quotes we decided to contract with them for the work. Recently two faucets that we had picked out and installed as part of our bathroom remodel became faulty. On a whim I contacted VKB to see if they had any of the info on the faucets so we could contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately the faucets were not under manufacturer warranty anymore; however, we purchased new faucets and VKB did our installation for us. We were really pleased with the great customer service and work they've provided to us.

My husband and I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodeling project after a long search for a reliable company. We did not hesitate to go with them after going over the details. We started off by calling them to get an estimate. Their schedule was pretty busy (which is a good thing!) but managed to find us a perfect date and time. The designer that came out was very knowledgeable and nice. He was kind enough to propose his ideas while encouraging us with our own. He took some measurements and left. We received our estimate via email couple days after the initial meeting with a kind invitation to go to their showroom for selection making. The proposal seemed to fit our plan so we went by with great excitement. They have a very nice designed showroom with a wide range of tiles, granite, cabinets and etc. to choose from. They were very professional. They took a note of every selection we made. We finally sat down to go over our design and the contract. We didn't hesitate to sign and to give deposit. We were given a project start date not too far from signing of the contract. The date of the construction, the crew and the project manager came at the time they promised. Project manager went over the changes with everyone. This made us feel extremely happy and comfortable! The crew started off by covering areas in the house for protection. They were very respectful of our property and belongings. They came and left at the same time every day. Project manager constantly stopped by whenever he could to check the progress on the site. We were able to contact our designer whenever we wanted to during their operating business hours. Construction debris was picked up everyday as well. Project went pretty smooth overall and they were able to finish a day before they told us. They work on schedule and are very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the total outcome. Everything turned out to be much better than what we had expected. It was worth to spend every penny (even my husband thinks so). We gladly recommened VKB and Kemal (our designer) to everyone. Our family and friends love our new kitchen. We will definitely be in touch with Virginia Kitchen and Bath for any upcoming projects. Thank you VKB
