I have worked with the Vivat team on multiple occasions and found them to be very professional and easy to work with. Vivat have sourced rental properties for my clients with amazing care and diligence, and their personal commitment to the task is exactly what I look for if I need to refer a client for a service I don’t provide. Vivat have also stepped in to appraise, and subsequently rent & manage my clients’ London buy-to-let investments. In this role they’re really a cut above. Finding great rental & asset management teams in London is a real struggle.
