I have now been in touch 7 times, 5 by phone and 2 online chats, and the customer service team will not talk to me, or return my calls. I simply want a copy of the invoice for work they completed on my house the past month. Every time, I am told the customer service team is "not answering," once the because the office has closed (at 4:00 pm), once because they ALL were in a meeting and the other 5 times with no explanation. I would encourage people to think twice about using this company. Unprofessional, unresponsive.

Mr. Sparky is a fantastic electrical Company, their service is very professional I hire them to put up some Tack Lightening and I tell you those guys are fast. It was some years back when I hire them to do this work and ever since they install this lightening I haven't had any problems with it what so ever. I will refer Mr. Sparky to anyone and when I need electrical service done in my home, you can best believe they will be the ones I will call.

Our Mr. Sparky electrician installed a chandelier and an overhead light in our hall. He was quick, efficient and professional. He went beyond the requirements by digging up an extra length of chain for the chandelier and it was a perfect match. Exactly what we wanted when we were looking for a professional electrician.

I have used Mister Sparky for over four (4) years with great satisfaction. From ceiling fans, whole house surge protectors, external lighting and camera installations, Mister Sparky has done great work without failure. Their technicians arrived on time, behaved professionally, addressed my questions and concerns and utilized their expert knowledge. Matt, James, Brad and Chris were the most memorable technicians for their work and expertise. I will continue to recommend Mister Sparky to friends, family and co-workers. I have also utilized Mister Sparky's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. One Hour HVAC comes out every six (6) months to service my furnace and AC respectively. The technicians have addressed all of my concerns and made recommendations to enhance the comfort level of my house. One Hour HVAC even replaced my AC compressor when thieves stole it for the copper. Thank you Mister Sparky and One Hour Heating & AC.
