JD Cooper founded Lowcountry Hurricane Protection & Shutters in 2006. Cooper knows that he and his team are not just installing shutters and shades. They are responsible for helping protect homes and businesses. They also know how much pride people take in the appearance of the outside of their homes and businesses. That’s why Lowcountry proudly stands behind its work. They do the job right the first time and the job isn’t over until the customer is thrilled. As a Charleston native, Cooper has a special love for the area and the people who live here.
