Wood and Beyond

The product is great, the people in the shop are great and helpful. Unfortunately they reccomended us their fitter, we paid more to go with their reccomendation but the fitters were awful and did a terrible job. The floor was extremely uneven with floorboards significantly moving and squeeking. The company was Wood Flooring Fitting owned by someone called Gaz. Initially Gaz took full responsibility and came back to try fix it but made things worse. Nails started coming up from the floorboards which were dangerous particularly with young children walking on the floor. When we tried to re-contact Gaz and his team they put the phone down on us and never replied. We hoped Wood and Beyond staff would be able to support as the contact came from them but unfortunately they said they were unable to help us and left us unhappy. Shame

Just had the flooring installed by Raphael of bruk flooring who did an amazing job. Even they were surprised at the quality and price. We bought FL3060 in Milan white and it looks absolutely stunning! Each plank has slight variations in colour and grain but overall the floor has a rich warm and modern look. Exactly what we wanted. Get a proper installer who can undercut around the doors and preferably the stairs. This in itself has made the flooring look really high end and look a lot more expensive than it really was! Still a bit to finish off but so far the flooring has exceeded out expectations.

If we could give them zero stars we would... placed an order having told them of our situation re a house renovation, placed a deposit and when we wanted to reduce our order quantity were told it's all or nothing.. They ended up keeping our £500 deposit! Avoid or use at your own peril!

Disappointed with my floor. Spent £5K expected better quality. Huge variation in colour between packs. Standard response, wood is a natural product with variation. The guy who laid it was a bit surprised with the variation. Wish I could post a photo it looks like I have 4 different floors. Those doing a project will know that flooring is hard to come by and so not laying would have added extra cost and time. Can’t help but feel that Wood and Beyond are capitalising on this and offering inferior products at high prices.

The flooring is great and the delivery was brilliant. Delivery guy Silvio helpful and courteous.

We have used Wood And Beyond on a couple of occasions now. the engineered bespoke Snow White floor which was fitted last year still looks amazing as new, And we have just completed this weekend installing a lovely grey composite decking from them as well, the customer service is always excellent, best price and speedy deliveries, What can we ask more for, highly recommended!!

Superb service! Extremely quick and efficient. Staff was really nice and helpful. We were quite unsure about what flooring would suit best our house and they helped us to make the best decision. I have used Wood and Beyond for my entire house and I was extremely happy with the result. the team was very dedicated in helping me choose the right material, size and style of my floor. Delivery was very efficiant and the result is absolutely stunning. we had a few areas where we needed thresholds and they were kind enough to send us a few options and eventually even hand painted one to make an exact match! Couldn't ask for more! The compliments we get for our floor are endless - I would highly recommend Wood and Beyond!
