Deck Armor LLC exceeded all of our expectations regarding an installation of decks. The crew was friendly, professional welcoming, and always there to help us with any questions we might have. They were able to finish the work within our requested deadline and left the property neat and tidy. The final product is stunning and has added a lot of value to our house. Deck Armor did a great job to restore and paint our 25-year-old deck and gazebo, including the replacement of several boards. The color recommendation was perfect. The team was expert, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. They finished in time for us to host family members a few days later keeping in mind our schedule preferences despite variable weather. Jim’s unflappable and accommodating “put the customer first” attitude was so refreshing-it was what made us decide to go with Deck Armor, and it was an approach that continued during the entire process. What an extraordinarily professional home service company!

Before finding Deck Armor we were in the market for a completely new deck and received estimates from 2-3 contractors. Estimates for replacing an original deck built in the 70s proved to be quite expensive. We decided to research a deck renovation company. We were drawn to Deck Armor because it was recommended by Houzz and we were impressed by the Sales Manager, Jim, who met with us to give a free estimate. We made the right choice. I never thought our deck could look this good after renovation. We were very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the crew and Jim’s customer service. He promptly responded to all questions by text and email, and the written estimate was expertly done down to the dollar. We saved a bundle by pursuing renovation and will get the most out of our deck until we’re ready to replace it. Thank you Deck Armor!

The guys did an excellent job. I have a large deck and it really needed some work - some of the parts of the deck needed sanding and the stain had completely faded. The team did an excellent job - the first team did the pressure washing and then the follow on team did the sanding and staining - the deck looks like new and they did outstanding work. While you do not need to do something like this every year, I would use the team again in a heartbeat. They will be the go to company for this work in the future.

Jim, the owner, came out quicklly to provide an estimate. I was very appreciative that he was flexible and provided options for some problem areas on our 23 year old deck. Every communication was timely and responsive. When the crew arrived to begin work, they were all very professional, skilled and personable. I could really tell they took pride in the quality of their work. When unexpected things arose, they were gracious and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Deck Armor did an excellent job on my deck. I was about to replace all the wood with Trex but they came out with a better and much cheaper option. Spent 5 times less than I was expected before.Now I have the same smooth finishing , no cracks, no splinters. Would hire them again.
