Integrity Home Builders, Inc began its operations in 2003. Pat Zoeller, owner & president of the company has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has worked in many aspects of the building industry and decided to fulfill his dream of becoming a general contractor. Pat and his wife, Debbie, have lived in Green Bay all their lives. Pat comes from a family background of construction. Debbie is a Realtor and owns Integrity Real Estate LLC. Integrity Home Builders believes in making the customer number one and as much of the building process as we can. We offer many services involved with the process of building including but not limited to: choosing the correct lot, designing a blueprint that fits your needs, and helping the customer choose the quality products they would like in their home. Integrity Home Builders, Inc. is an all in one company. We can help you sell your existing home, help you buy the correct lot, help you with a short term rental while you build and most important build you a high quality home. The goal of Integrity Home Builders, Inc. is to provide our customers with a quality home and to make it an enjoyable and stress free experience.

We have built 4 houses over the years. The current one was built by Integrity. We are very happy with the workmanship. Pat was very easy to work with. He understood what we wanted, offered helpful and creative suggestions and kept on top of all of the subcontractors. If we had an issue he was able to resolve it quickly. Both Pat and Debbie go out of their way to help you get it right. We have been in our house over a year now and everything is fine. Based on our good experience, some of our relatives have also built with them. Integrity sold both of our houses and helped us plan and build beautiful homes. Unlike many companies today they always got back to us immediately. If we build again it will be with Integrity.

Building and selling with Pat and Deb was truly a wonderful worry free experience. They took care of all the details and set up all the appointments so we didn't have to worry about any of that. They were always there to answers any and all of our questions and concerns in a very professional manner. They made the building of our new house hassle free. I would recommend them both for the building or selling of your house with out any hesitation. Truly a great experience.

We hired both Deb Zoeller as our realtor and Integrity Home Builders, Inc to build our new home. Both Deb and Pat Zoeller know the business, are honest, hardworking people, and give you an outstanding end product-whether it be home sale or home building. One of the best parts about building with Integrity Home Builders is that they are upfront about all costs associated with home building. They use quality contractors and nothing is hidden-so you know exactly where your money is going. They work well, even with the toughest of clients ;) I'd definitely recommend them to do a fantastic job.

Absolutely great experience from beginning to end! Drawing up the plans to the bidding process to actual construction went smoothly. The Integrity team was with us every step of the way. They even go to appointments for picking things out like siding, roofing, garage doors, entry doors, door handles, cabinetry, flooring, paint color, brick/stone, etc. . . With the experience they have they offer a great insight on what looks good together. We selected an existing plan of theirs, yet wanted to make some major changes to the layout of the kitchen. They were open to the ideas and brought back a plan that met our vision of exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier wtih our home and guests that visit are so impressed with the craftsmanship.

We hired Integrity Home builders to build our home. We had no idea what was all involved in building a house, and Pat and Debbie were there to guide us through the process step by step. They were always willing to answer all of our questions and came along to pick out each item needed for our home. The preparation for the home was where we got to know Pat and Debbie well and realized how lucky we were to have found someone so passionate about what they do. They helped us to enjoy the process and we are excited to see what the finished project looks like in a few weeks!

Working with Integrity to sell my home and they have helped recommend people for some work I needed done. I was very pleased with the people they recommended. I have also viewed several homes they have built (in addition to Showcase homes, I have two relatives that built with Integrity) and I'm impressed with the quality of their work and the cost. They stand behind their work and even minor issues/questions are addressed promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or build.
