From the moment we met with the owner, at the showroom, Clayton, we were put at ease with his professionalism, kindness and knowledge of various flooring product lines, etc. Clayton then connected us with one of his flooring consultants, Peter, who did an outstanding job! Peter helped us determine the appropriate laminate product selection and fit for our home. Prior to the job, we were thankful Peter brought what we selected as well as a few other floor samples to view at our home. He oversaw this big project wonderfully and efficiently from beginning to end. Communication was key. Peter then lined up a great crew, very efficient timeline for the installation, and completed on time. The installation crew (Christiano, Paulo & Rafael) were professionals, respectful of our home and did an impeccable job with our laminate floors. The install crew paid close attention to details, transitions, and their pride shows. All Zothex staff encountered had positive attitudes including the receptionist. Our whole house is complete now with the two new vinyl laminate selections and looks great! We are very pleased and highly recommend Zothex Flooring to my friends, my family or anyone else.
