The installer was extremely courteous, very professional and beyond helpful and insightful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.”

“Great service. Chris was able to provide me with alternatives and ideas for the large window over my jacuzzi in my bathroom. He gave me fair pricing for all alternatives. I finally decided on white shutters which came in in the time Chris said. He installed them within a couple of hours. They look beautiful. I would definitely recommend!”

“Dougls answered a homeowner's 911 call from us after our large puppy destroyed the screen door to our deck. The replacement screen that he measured and installed within a few days is a whole other level from an ordinary insect screen, built to last. I hope to use him again the Spring for window treatments, etc. This is a family owned and operated business, and it shows. Highly recpmmend.”

“Communication is key when deciding between thousands of styles and colors/patterns. Made in the Shade made the process easy, convenient and did the most possible WITHIN our budget. They really go above and beyond to stretch your wants and "like-to-haves" within the budget. The at-home consultation service is a HUGE plus! and they are available after work hours! can't beat that! Installation was fast and VERY neat. The reps believe in perfection and really understand the style you're going for. Thank you again.”

My husband and I are both thrilled with the excellent quality of both the product and the service. Loews did not offer on site the range we wanted. Product knowledge and customer service were exceptional with the installation experts accurate measurements, efficient install and follow-up.
