    NO architect should ever give away their floor plans. A custom house takes a year or more to design with a client for their specific needs and lifestyle. A client pays a fee to the architect based on their time. If you want a house like this, you should hire an architect. You won't get a house like this using a "free" floor plan like the kind you pick up from a magazine. A house is more than a floor plan. It is a set of dozens of sheets of drawings and details. You are paying for an architect's expertise. I am happy to see Nick Noyes did not share his design plans.

      The roof and gutters are made of Galvalume.

      Well stated Josh. Lovely project and photos. However, users need to understand that this site is about marketing and inspiration images, and not a short cut to plunder intellectual property. If the clients of this lovely house hadn't hired a good architect and counted on their expertise to design a beautiful custom home, we would never had seen this in the first place. It would probably be a bad copy of some other home.
