    Thanks for you interest in BONE homes.
    This house is around 3500 sq. ft. (excluding the balcony which is about 250 sq. ft.)

    I do have another question....what is the black coloured exterior material? Also you mentioned above that spruce is the wood - what is it treated with?

    The black material is aluminum capping. We will have to verify the product used for the wood treatment.
