What are the "sparkly-looking" wall surfaces?

The wall with the bright sconce at the right rear of the dining table and what appears to be the kitchen backsplash look to be the same type of intriguing sparkly/mottled surface. Is it tile, wallpaper, or something else? Is sourcing information available? Thanks!

    Thank you for your interests of our interior.

    1. It is a scone lighting with crystal.( see the photo scone)

    This is a bit bespoke scone for this house. Same manufacture with the chandelier made in spain.

    2.kitchen back splash is mosaic tile.(See the photo mosaic tile)

    This mosaic is out of pront now.
