Will the green color stain floor or rug?

I need a rug pad for a very nice small rug I purchased in Turkey. It may come to reside in a bathroom and could occasionally receive moisture. Will the dyed pad stain either the ceramic tile floor or the rug itself if wet toes or moisture seep into the rug? If inappropriate for a bathroom is this pad good for hardwood floor?
