2023 Award Winning Project
This project was a complete renovation of an Art Deco waterfront house in the Venetian Islands, Miami Beach. The total interior area of the house was 7,000 square feet situated on 14,000 sq. ft of land. The scope consisted of expanding the sizes of all windows and doors to bring more natural light into the house, and installing new electromechanical systems, equipment and high-end finishes, including custom millwork, monumental stairs and custom wall and ceiling finishes.
