Fitted Alcove Cabinets
We were asked by our clients to design and make a fitted cabinet in each alcove either side of the chimney breast. The alcove cabinets needed to retain a pared down contemporary aesthetic yet bridge the gap to traditional furniture and interior. The cabinets have mouldings on the inside of the doors and the same skirting used on the walls has been incorporated into the furniture. The furniture has a space for air to circulate and has a ventilation grille set into the cabinet top. The insides are in oak veneer.
