Floor Restored From Previous Amature Sanding Job
This entire house of hardwood flooring was thought to be unsalvageable by the current Owners at the time of the bid due to an amateur sanding job that had left lots of deep divots and gouges into its surface! It was obvious the previous owners had rented some sanding equipment and "didn't ask any questions about how to use it" ; ). In addition, these floors had lots of pet stains that were repaired with reclaimed 85 year old red oak 3/4" x 2 1/4" flooring which blended in perfectly!
Abeln Floor Systems' highly skilled crew of Matt, Brad and Blake were able to bring the rough, gouged up floors back to the perfectly smooth, flat, finished condition as seen in this photograph! This one was another "water to wine" wood floor conversion!!!
