Fuller Condominium
We started by evaluating the condition of the unit and creating a plan for the renovation. The first step was to remove all the old fixtures, cabinets, and flooring. We then replaced the plumbing and electrical systems to ensure they were up to code. After that, we installed new drywall and insulation to improve the energy efficiency of the unit.
In the kitchen, we installed new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We chose materials that would be durable and easy to clean, such as quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. For the flooring, we selected porcelain tile that would resist wear and tear.
In the bathrooms, we installed new fixtures and vanities, as well as new tile in the showers and on the floors. We chose neutral colors and modern designs to appeal to prospective renters.
Throughout the unit, we painted the walls with a neutral color palette to create a fresh and inviting space. We also installed new lighting fixtures and added extra storage space where possible.
Overall, this renovation was a success and the unit now looks like a brand new space. The new owner was thrilled with the results and could not wait to rent it out to tenants. With the long-lasting materials we used, the unit will stay in great condition for years to come.
