L’intervento prevede la creazione di un itinerario in dialogo costante con la topografia del territorio che si adatta alla sua naturale configurazione, in modo tale da minimizzare l’impatto ambientale e percettivo. Il frequente alternarsi delle quote di calpestio del terreno ha offerto l’occasione di ottenere una pavimentazione piana continua e di una piccola terrazza panoramica che si colloca circa a metà del percorso.

The intervention involves the creation of an itinerary in constant dialogue with the topography of the area, that adapts to its natural configuration in such a way as to minimize the environmental and perceptive impact. The frequent alternation of the levels of the ground offered the opportunity to obtain a continuous flat pavement and a small panoramic terrace which is located approximately halfway along the route.

Un giardino dinamico e in trasformazione.
Le specie utilizzate sono state scelte tutte in base alla loro capacità di avere sempre un elemento caratteristico e d’interesse in ogni stagione.
Prendiamo ad esempio il Malus floribunda, il melo da fiore giapponese, particolarmente apprezzato soprattutto per la sua ricca fioritura primaverile di boccioli rossi e
fiori rosa pallido, ma altrettanto interessante quando in autunno riempie la sua chioma di piccole e sferiche mele gialle selvatiche.
Il concept genrale rimane quindi il cambiamento, la continua scoperta e meraviglia, quella che ti porta a controllare tutti i giorni anche la più piccola modifica: il nuovo fiore appena sbocciato, il risveglio di una ramo dal freddo inverno, la prima foglia che inizia a perdere colore.ome elementi principali del giardino troviamo appunto il Malus Floribunda ad angolo, la fila di ortensie con le sue infiorescenze bianche che tendono al verde lime che fanno da sfondo, due Sarcococca Hookeriana nella varietà humilis per creare più varietà con le altezze e, vicino al cancello d’ingresso, un Agapanthus con le sue inforescenze pallide e sferiche.
Per sfruttare la parte laterale della cancellata, e grazie alla protezione data dal Malus, si arrampicano pigramente una pianta di more e una di lamponi.
Per il resto delle piante e fiori presenti in girardino ho pensato di sfruttare le molteplici possibilità che danno le piante annuali, le bulbose e le sementi di fiori misti. Creando, così, delle aiuole miste che si allungano dagli elementi principali verso il centro del giardino, cercando pian piano di conquistarlo.

I nostri clienti hanno deciso di voler modificare il vecchio progetto. Abbiamo ingrandito la zona pavimentata con autobloccanti perchè hanno realizzato che necessitavano di una zona living più ampia dove poter inserire un barbeque ed un tavolo più grande che potesse ospitare più commensali. In più abbiamo aggiunto un gazebo in ferro battuto che verrà adibito a zona relax con divano e tavolino. Per garantire il relax, due gelsomini rampicanti che oltre alla bellezza e all'eleganza dei loro fiori, sprigioneranno un profumo che pervaderà l'intero giardino. Abbiamo realizzato delle fioriere in cemento che faranno da contorno a tutta la zona living e doneranno la giusta privacy per godere del giardino in tutti i momenti della giornata. Colorano di lilla invece, tutto il perimetro della casa, una lunga fila di lavande alternate ad hermerocallis. Completano la cornice i loropetalum e le azalee.

Urban Design + BuildThis landscape design showcases a harmonious integration of natural rock formations and a variety of plant life to create a serene and inviting garden space. The focal point is a flowing water feature that meanders through the arrangement, with carefully placed rocks and boulders that mimic a natural stream. Above, the vibrant sky peeks through lush, towering greenery, adding a dynamic background. The garden beds are densely planted with a mix of textures and colors, including purple flowering ground cover, striking yucca plants with their sword-like leaves, and cascading greenery of a weeping conifer. The pathways are neatly outlined with lighter stones, contrasting with the darker mulch and rich green lawn. This inviting outdoor area seems perfect for relaxation and contemplation, enhanced by the soothing sounds of the water feature and the secluded, private feel offered by the tall plants and trees. The overall effect is one of a meticulously designed landscape that combines elements of a rock garden, water garden, and an ornamental garden with a diverse palette of plants.

Главный дом был реконструирован. При въезде был выстроен дом для персонала с дополнительным гаражом и навесом для машин.
В основу проекта, отталкиваясь от стиля, мы взяли регулярность конструктивных элементов – дорожек и площадок, поддержанных аллеей из боярышника и кессонными клумбы из стриженного кустарника. Мягкость и природность форм цветников и массивов кустарника сглаживают угловатость мощения, вносят в сад динамичность и живописность.
Просторные веранды и площадка для приема гостей создают тесную связь дома с садом. А необходимую приватность в этой зоне мы создаем плотными многоярусными кулисами, скрывающими границы пышным зеленый фоном, гармонично связанным с соседними участками.
Существующие поселковые посадки были максимально адаптированы в новый дизайн. Перед началом работ были пересажены шесть взрослых деревьев. Массивы из кизильника от переднего забора из зоны стройки перенесены за дом и вписаны в созданную геометрию..
В ассортименте используем много кустарников, высаженных группами и большими мономассивами. Цветущие в течение сезона гортензии, шиповники, сирени, спиреи оттеняются спокойной зеленью хвойных, кизильника, дерена. В качестве цветного фона, созвучного колористике дома - красно-бурая листва пузыреплодника, черемухи, яблони и клена Кримсон Кинг. В ассортименте многолетников поддержана тема английского сада.

В геометрии планировки отталкивались от линий существующего гранитного мощения.
В плавный перепад рельефа в 2,7 м , сосредоточенный на новой территории мы удачно вписали сферические линии террас -ступеней и площадки для загара.
Сверкающие на солнце дорожки из стабилизированного гравия своим теплым оттенком отлично гармонируют с домом и переливающимся лабрадоритом бетонного мощения.
Ажурная игра света и тени, созданная растущими на участке березами, дубами, елями определяют сценарий отдельных зон - тенистая дорожка из плитняка, кедровая роща с луговыми цветами, солнечные газоны и цветник из высоких изысканных многолетников под большим дубом.
Смена окружения придает уникальный вкус каждой жилой зоне на открытом воздухе, обеспечивая радость и непринужденность семейного общения и досуга.
