AIBD - American Institute of Building DesignThe outdoor living area utilizes bold radial lines to offer a sense of unobstructed openness along the panoramic riverside views. Special consideration was given to the design and engineering of the outdoor space to allow a massive 60-foot span between columns, resulting in an unparalleled view. Playful geometric shapes speak to an easy livability that belie the bold and glamorous design. The second floor deck provides seamless access from the guest bedrooms, office and exercise rooms. The use of glass railing and zero-edge doors carefully preserve the view.

A custom-built pool located in Davenport, Florida. This client chose glass tiles selected directly from American Pools and Spas showroom. A gorgeous infinity spa to relax and unwind after school/work - featuring pool water spilling pots and a sheer descent waterfall. The pool entry-way features a sun shelf and bubblers, with chairs if you want to only get your feet wet and read a book. Travertine tiles are all along the pool, along with the big-screen enclosure with concrete pillars; the lanai makes the yard very spacious and has a great view out onto the golf course.

DDLA Design Landscape Architecture A modern luxury pool and outdoor living area addition to an expansive ranch property located in Celina, TX just a few minutes north of Dallas. This project created a large, infinity edge pool to enhance the dramatic views from the house to the rest of the ranch property. Details included are a glass tile infinity edge, perimeter overflow pool, concrete and ipe wood deck, raised overflow spa, fire pit seating area all enhanced by the addition of mature trees and native plantings.

Neptune Swimming PoolsThe client's came to us wanting a design that was going to open up their small backyard and give them somewhere for their family to enjoy and entertain for many years to come.
This project presented many technical challenges due to the levels required to comply with various building regulations. Clever adaptations such privacy screens, floating deck entry and hidden pool gate behind the raised feature wall were all design elements that make this project more suitable to the smaller area.
The main design feature that was a key to the functionality of this pool was the raised infinity edge, with the pool wall designed to comply with current pool barrier standards. With no pool fence between the pool and house the space appears more open with the noise of the water falling over the edge into a carefully concealed balance tank adding a very tranquil ambience to the outdoor area.
With the accompanying fire pit and sitting area, this space not only looks amazing but is functional all year round and the low maintenance fully automated pool cleaning system provides easy operation and maintenance.
Presidential Pools, Spas & PatioThis completely custom cocktail pool has plenty of space to lounge, including the glass tiled baja step and pool-length benches. The porcelain plank tile, Radiant Fusion-Regal Blue interior finish, and rain sheer all work together to make the space an absolute oasis.

Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth pavers, with custom-made 2'x2' slabs, provide a smooth transition from the side walkway and up the stairs to the elevated, geometric pool. As guests and family gather on the expansive poolside patio, they can take in plenty of sun while listening to the calming rush of three nearby waterfalls. The stone-like design weaves its way around the property, leading right up to the front door for ultimate curb appeal and elegance. From the front yard to the back patio, clean lines and a delicate balance encompass both the paver and pool design, while incorporating lush gardens and symmetrical hedges.
