PolygonaUn progetto che fonde materiali e colori naturali ad una vista ed una location cittadina, un mix di natura ed urbano, due realtà spesso in contrasto ma che trovano un equilibrio in questo luogo.
Jungle perchè abbiamo volutamente inserito le piante come protagoniste del progetto. Un verde che non solo è ecosostenibile, ma ha poca manutenzione e non crea problematiche funzionali. Le troviamo non solo nei vasi, ma abbiamo creato una sorta di bosco verticale che riempie lo spazio oltre ad avere funzione estetica.
In netto contrasto a tutto questo verde, troviamo uno stile a tratti “Minimal Chic” unito ad un “Industrial”. Li potete riconoscere nell’utilizzo del tessuto per divanetti e sedute, che però hanno una struttura metallica tubolari, in tinta Champagne Semilucido.
Grande attenzione per la privacy, che è stata ricavata creando delle vere e proprie barriere di verde tra i tavoli. Questo progetto infatti ha come obiettivo quello di creare uno spazio rilassante all’interno del caos di una città, una location dove potersi rilassare dopo una giornata di intenso lavoro con una spettacolare vista sulla città.

Neal's Design RemodelA cramped butler's pantry was opened up into a bar area with plenty of storage space and adjacent to a wine cooler. Bar countertop is Petro Magma Granite, cabinets are Brookhaven in Ebony on Oak. Other cabinets in the kitchen are white on maple; the contrast is a nice way to separate space within the same room.

Tutto InteriorsCurrently under construction this 7000 sq ft Contemporary addition will have 3 levels. The Main level will have a full kitchen, curved bar, guest suite, fireplace with lounging area, dining table to comfortably seat 16 and a 30’ glass door wall that will fully open to the new outdoor living spaces.
Upper level will have a glass roof, circular bar with seating for 12, lounging area with Fireplace and a 40’ gym dressed on glass
Lower level will have a indoor 60’ lap pool, a spa and golf simulator complete with lounge.
Bilotta Kitchen & HomeBeauty meets practicality in this Florida Contemporary on a Boca golf course. The indoor – outdoor connection is established by running easy care wood-look porcelain tiles from the patio to all the public rooms. The clean-lined slab door has a narrow-raised perimeter trim, while a combination of rift-cut white oak and “Super White” balances earthy with bright. Appliances are paneled for continuity. Dramatic LED lighting illuminates the toe kicks and the island overhang.
Instead of engineered quartz, these countertops are engineered marble: “Unique Statuario” by Compac. The same material is cleverly used for carved island panels that resemble cabinet doors. White marble chevron mosaics lend texture and depth to the backsplash.
The showstopper is the divider between the secondary sink and living room. Fashioned from brushed gold square metal stock, its grid-and-rectangle motif references the home’s entry door. Wavy glass obstructs kitchen mess, yet still admits light. Brushed gold straps on the white hood tie in with the divider. Gold hardware, faucets and globe pendants add glamour.
In the pantry, kitchen cabinetry is repeated, but here in all white with Caesarstone countertops. Flooring is laid diagonally. Matching panels front the wine refrigerator. Open cabinets display glassware and serving pieces.

Drury DesignCustom lit niches housing wine bottles, as well as a flat-screen television, create an intriguing focal point along the back wall of the bar. The double-tiered countertops allow for an area to prepare and serve beverages and a spot for seating and entertaining too. Porcelain plank floor tile to mimic the look of wood was installed throughout the entire basement adding to the clean line design and overall rustic feel of this lower level.

Textured glass installed in the wall cabinet doors along with sleek brushed nickel hardware emphasize the rectilinear and contemporary design in the space.

ArtichokeInspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, this stone new-build property in Cheshire is unlike any other Artichoke has previously contributed to. We were invited to remodel the kitchen and the adjacent living room – both substantial spaces – to create a unique bespoke Art Deco kitchen. To succeed, the kitchen needed to match the remarkable stature of the house.
With its corner turret, steeply pitched roofs, large overhanging eaves, and parapet gables the house resembles a castle. It is well built and a lovely design for a modern house. The clients moved into the 17,000 sq. ft mansion nearly 10 years ago. They are gradually making it their own whilst being sensitive to the striking style of the property.
