Keller Lofts
The project began as a 100 year old urban shell space in a building originally occupied by the area's first black theatre. the specific floor was previously occupied by a worker's club, in other words, a "speak easy".
The transformation started with the development and subdivision of the entire penthouse floor into four individual residential condominium units, each unique in character, design and layout. The program of this specific loft unit was simple yet highly intricate in its creative use of materials, lighting and finishing techniques.
