Leaside
The Leaside neighbourhood is in the middle of a major transition from one storey to new two storey homes. The city lots are narrow and the goal of the interior design is to create functional and airy living spaces.
The interior is an open concept living, dining and kitchen area.
The exterior design is traditional and we incorporated transitional and upscale elements in the interior. Rich woods and stone create the dream home that the family wished for.
The limited floor area required careful interior planning and detailing to create spacious, bright open and family friendly interior spaces. An open plan was an ideal starting point for the interiors.
