Town & Country RemodelingA unique 2-level pool-house-pavilion and storage-shed project we built onto a hillside at a client's pool in Loudoun County Va. We built our pavilion part to join seamlessly with the "newly poured" concrete pad surrounding the new pool. Provides a space for entertaining pool-side & getting out of the sun, AND an elegant place for the client to store his farm equipment & tractor & misc equipment on the lower level storage shed side. Built unique cross-buck stable doors for the shed side, and matched the cedar shake gable with an cedar covered awning over the stable doors.

Diament BuildersPhotos by Chris Haslett. The garage had mixed use. It functions as outdoor pool bathroom. Surf board storage in the back room. Golf cart parking and attic storage above for extra house hold items. The landscape ties in all the exterior elements such as pool, garage and outdoor living spaces. The "oyster" house is an indoor-outdoor living space with jeldwins version of a nano wall that opens the building up to full marsh views. The oyster house has a full kitchen and is used for weekend entertaining and a place to watch the game.
Justin Savas Fine Carpentry and WoodworkingFabricated this storage shed for a friend of mine. The family needed an additional storage option, other than their garage and/or basement. The goal was to design, construct, and install a free-standing structure that matched the existing house. Built with materials to match, fabricated on-site.
