Maywood Ave Home
The LEED Accredited renovation of this two story Cape Cod home created the perfect opportunity for the homeowners to update the property's landscape. The original sunken driveway and garage was completely redone with an insulated garage and rooftop terrace. The front yard planting design created a nearly lawnless landscape with a multi-seasonal display of low maintenance groundcovers, perennials, ornamental grasses, and broadleaf evergreen and shrub roses.
