This room might not look like much - but it's one of the most unique and custom home features.
This is a mudroom specifically for the Farmer. Located between the Garage and the Laundry room, this allows them to keep the farm-smelling clothes away from other parts of the house. The Laundry room then connects to the Principal bedroom's Walk-in-Closet. This room has a sealed exterior door on the inside to the Laundry Room to contain the smell, as well as a bathroom vent to help air it all out.
