Oak Bay Renovation
The living & dining rooms were the only two in the house that weren't completely removed. Our clients had done some work to these spaces previously and were in good enough shape to warrant leaving them. Upgrades to these room included complete floor refinishing with a custom stain to match the walnut installed in the rest of the house, drywall & plaster repairs, new paint, lighting, windows and trim work.
About this project: A Master Bedroom addition (with crawlspace storage below) and a complete interior and exterior renovation. The interior of the home was removed right down to the framing, and included all new plumbing, electrical, smart wiring, upgraded insulation and new interior finishes throughout. The exterior renovation included new windows & doors, exterior trim, new gutters & downspouts, stucco repairs & upgrades, and completely new paint.
